We really enjoy our coffee from Angora. We’ve purchased it retail at boutique grocers near our home but sometimes Amazon is just so convenient.We’ve never noticed any difference in quality of buying online. Always consistently fresh and so aromatic. Smooth and not acidic (no GERD here)! We usually go with Lux because we enjoy a lighter roast.Definitely recommended!

I met Ugur when I was in Chicago for a wedding. Being a coffee professional I love to try local offerings whenever I’m out of town. His roasting style is top notch and the bean profile was clean and smooth. He was serving Aeropress and I picked that method for brewing. Fast forward to now, I tried three of the offerings (Tanzania, Brazil and Guatemala) via Amazon. All three were great coffees. I cupped them in a traditional method, then did French Press and pour overs. These beans did not disappoint.

First of all, I would like to say the beans smell great when I received it: very floral and fruity. Sadly when I tried to pull some espresso with it, it came out thin and flat. I've tried dialing it in over the last 4-5 days with different grind size, dosage, temp, ratio ect... but have not been able to make it tastes good. I suspect this is because the beans stale due to some sort of leak in the bag. I think it is a leak because when I received the package, I could smell the coffee before opening the Amazon box. Overall, I can't give it a good score due to my experience but hopefully others may have a much better experience. I think I will give this roaster another try and will update this review to reflect that future experience.

First time trying a dark roast. Coffee beans are definitely fresh and after grinding, leaves an amazing smell in my kitchen. It's great that you can really taste the hints of vanilla, chocolate, and some cherry - but I feel like it needs milk/creamer to go with it.Excited to try out other beans soon! (Looking at you, Lux)

This turned out to be a very pleasant cup despite the bag being almost 2 months old. Looking forward to trying Angora's other offerings.

I have been ordering Angora Coffee for a few months now (light and medium roast)…and…I love it!It always comes fresh (no more than 3 weeks since the roasting date) and makes my morning coffee just otherworldly good 🙂The package has great minimalistic design and it's fully recyclable. It's worth to try!
