Indian Clubs - Steel Clubs for Workout Training, Weighted Exercise, 5LB, 10LB, 15LB for Strength Training

I recently tried out the OBLT FIT Steel Indian Clubs for Training, and I must say, they have become an essential part of my fitness routine. Whether I want to focus on strength training or add an extra challenge to my exercises, these weighted clubs have got me covered. The quality of the steel construction is impressive. These clubbells feel sturdy and well-made, giving me the confidence to perform a wide range of exercises without worrying about durability. One of the standout features is the versatility they offer. I can incorporate them into various workout routines, including swings, rotations, and even full-body exercises. The design allows for a comfortable grip, making it easier to maintain control during complex movements. This thing is surprisingly heavy, even though I know exactly how much it weighs. I bought this to help rehab a shoulder injury, and it provides a very functional form factor for all manner of range of motion exercises and stretches. It has a nice textured surface that makes it very easy to grip even when my hands are sweaty, and it's very intuitive to use.

This is a nice solid club. Smooth finish. The handle is a touch short tho. Needs at least a couple more inches to make it more comfortable to use.

One of the wrestlers at the college I worked at recommended the Indian clubs for shoulder rehab. They were very effective.

Kind of a 'meh' clubbell. It is 15 lbs, so that's accurate and drives the three star review. However the end knob is much bigger than I expected which effects some of the movement transitions more than I like. Also, the Lazer etching for the logo is crooked and starting to rust after ~3 months. I would pass on this one.
