these are good little hinges if your satisfied with the top to you box stays open at 90degrees. I build a lot of small boxes with box joint or dovetail corners - fit the entire assembly together , then cut 'a' top w/ the table saw. So, like i said, these hinges are good, very well priced and easy to install ,...whether your using a router (which takes a lil more time to line up) or just using a chisel to fit these into your recess . I wished they make a hinge like this that'll open to a/b 120 degrees instead of stopping at 90 ~

Below average quality finish, the screws have a tendency to break easily or strip.

Hinges are small as expected. Downfall is the screws. I snapped 2 screws in half even with pilot holes. Since they are so small, it’s pretty much impossible to get them out without damaging the workpiece.

This was a great purchase. Much cheaper than the local woodworking store and great quality. Recommended.

Cheap metal. Easy to break and there’s a two inch play after installation. AVOID

Easy to mortise for this hinge. Liked the integral lid stop.

Very surprised. Like them so much ordered the Brass and steel ones. Easy to install. Use a 6mm router bit.
