Decent vegan option
Good option for vegans, but I was surprised that I sometimes I get that fishy (or I should say algae-y) after taste that you get with fish-oil capsules. I usually take it at night so I don't realize.

Great vegan omega 3
I didn’t know you could get vegan omega 3s. I’m taking a fistful daily and these seem to work as well as the salmon oil I was taking. Less expensive. A great brand name to rely on for quality.
