For those who have completed this exact puzzle & brand, is this a ribbon cut, all the same pieces, or a random cut all different cut pieces puzzle?

Each piece shapes similar - I don't know what ribbon cut means. As far as I remember, all the Clementoni puzzle of the museum series are ribbon cut. For Eurographics puzzles, for most cases (only one exception I have so far), each piece has very different shape.

Does it have a poster of the picture or just what's on the box cover?

Just the box cover. No separate picture inside.

After finishing it, I realized that there are two missing pieces? What I have to do?

I have 6 of Clementine puzzles and never had any pieces missing. However, if I were you, I would contact the company, explain the missing pieces and ask either for a replacement or refund.
