Airvent 401891 Large 9'' Axial Industrial/Commercial Extractor Fan & Wall Kit

Excellent fan. They are smooth, quiet and extremely powerful. On max speed they can almost push themselves along the desktop! You really do need the Airvent fan controller that is listed as commonly bought with this product. Although not making any offensive noise the sheer woosh of air on full power, well, it's quite loud so you may need the controller to tone it down a bit.The product drops one star because that mine arrived faulty, but gains one start because the supplier is really excellent and has great Customer Service. They bent over backwards to sort me out, so I have to recommend them.

I purchased this fan because it works with a reversible control box and I couldn't find a fan smaller than would do the job. The noise worried me. However, for the size of the fan, it's fairly quiet. I use it with a control box than reverses the fan (can blow air in as well as out) and has two speeds. At normal speed it like a normal but powerful extractor fan.At high speed it will blow your socks off, which for me is fine.

Nice looking, quiet fan which does the jobButIt creates such a draught due to the fact it has no draught excluder
