So I bought this but it only comes with a 32 MB SD card and I wanted more memory so I changed it over to a 256 MB but the camera would not let me format it. So I tried contacting the company through auto sky and also the information on the back of the instruction manual heard absolutely nothing from them. But Amazon actually helped me out , if you buy this camera, I want to change the SD card you need to make sure that the power cables are disconnected. Then you need to wait 5 to 7 minutes put the new SD card in and plug back in the power cords. Then it should let you format your SD card, if it doesn’t work the first time, try it again. Thank God for Amazon customer service and tech-support. Don’t even bother trying to get a hold of the company because they’re useless contacted them numerous times got no answer but the camera works really well and just because the company is crap, doesn’t mean their product is .

I bought my original dash cam in 2018. I didn't install it for a year. I was afraid someone would break in my car just to steal it. I finally did install it. It was large and made of metal and too heavy for the suction cup to hold it. It would last maybe 2 weeks before it fell off. I ended up using epoxy to hold it in place. It cost 79 dollars. When somebody ran into me, the video proved it was their fault. But when I tried to put the card back in it no longer worked.I bought this small inexpensive one because a large dash cam is a draw back. I don't ever look into the screen , So the smaller the better. You have to read the instruction manual very carefully. It's all there, but you have to push the buttons in exact sequence. I set it up for 3 minute loops. It's easy to save loops with a single button push. Nice and small and lite weight.

Was easy to mount and set up. Like the app on my phone. Like the ability to wifi to my phone. Wish the screen was little bigger.

I purchased the camera based on positive reviews and used it for four months without needing to review footage until their truck was hit. When they attempted to check the recording, the SD card was unreadable and unrecognized. The camera prompted them to format the card, but it wouldn’t read on an external drive or the camera. They initially tested the camera in the first week, and it recorded clips, but now it appears nothing has been recorded. Attempts to contact customer service have been unhelpful, and even with a new memory card, the same error persists.

Camera works well and does what it should for the price. I've had it for about a year my only complaint is that it's very difficult to get the files because the camera records in AVI and you have to convert them. I was unable to send the converted files to my insurance because they had been 'altered'. I will upgrade sometime soon to one that records in MP4.

I've had mine for a few months. If it becomes unplugged for even a few seconds it will shut itself down and the once it boots back up it won't record and you have to reformat the whole thing. So I constantly have to check to see if it's recording. It's a shame because the video quality is quite good both during the day and at night. The suction cup stays put as well. I just want something more reliable at this point.
