It’s hangs crooked !
Overall this is a really cool Batman collectible. But the hanger is not centered. I’m not going to send it back because I won’t be hanging it like this. I’m gonna drill a hole right in the middle and mount a clock in there. So I’ll hang it from the clock.

Would not recommend. Obviously a defective one that was touched up and had a sticker over it on the shrink wrap packaging.
