I purchased from an amazon but it came with an open box and missing screws. I contacted Frameworks and they handled it the same day. The unit itself is well built with good quality material

The media could not be loaded. Perfect, versatile and built strong. My instrument is only 3" deep so it holds like a brick. Will definitely get more from this company.

Better for larger rackmount gear... I bought this for mounting my synth and all the space behind is kinda wasted. I realize it has to be this way to be balanced, but I'm short on space so I probably won't use this much. Wish it was more adjustable. High quality though.

I have two of the 12u and one 6u racks. Easy to put together work well and they fit nicely on top of the desk if you have room for them. They also work well on the floor I ended up putting mine on top of the desk because I have three dogs that shed and no matter what I do the dog hair ends up in my studio. I didn't want the dog hair ruining my outboard gear. Makes it way easier to dust the gear and now everything is that my height makes things easier when mixing music. Just know that when inserting the outboard gear you'll have to pay attention to the length or depth of the gear you're installing because of this late tilt it has and they don't have a lot of room at the very bottom you have to make sure you use a shorter depth piece on the bottom. If that makes sense.

This simple desk rack exceeded my expectations. I researched for a few days to find a rack for my retro PC setup so I could house my MIDI equipment and mixer. While there are a lot of options on Amazon the price on this rack can't be beat. I bought a couple 1U shelves by StarTech to go with it. Mine came with screws in the box and the box came undamaged unlike some other reviewers. Still, I decided to buy a set of screws from Gator Frameworks anyway but it was unnecessary in the end. I put the rack together in 5 minutes and have had absolutely no QC issues with it.

Easy assembly. Just what I expected.

Edit: Revising my score because Gator reached out to me after I posted my review and offered to send me the screws for free. Props for the customer service. The rack itself is pretty good. Only issue really is that the lowest space on the rack is a little shallow and didnt quite fit my mic Preamp like I had planned so I had to put it one space up. Based on the picture its probably made more so for rackmount synthesizers but I have a tube mic pre amp, compressor and audio interface racked into it and so far it's holding up no issue.Original Review: Like the other review said the box came partially opened with no rack screws included. Don't know if they were like that from the ware house or if they came out during shipping. The rack itself feels solid and should hold whatever I need it to but I now have to get my own screws for it. I'm not going to go through the hassle of returning it if there's a chance I'll just get another one that's missing the screws.
