Best pans ever
A really great set of pans. Not only stylish and a great colour (I got the red ones) but they really do the job. Very fast to boil (way faster than our old Tefal set) they are very easy to clean. Re porridge, just let the pan go cold, leave to soak in cold water for 10 min or so, then when you tip the pan out the entire skin of porridge just comes straight out (I used to have to scrub with a brush in our old Tefal non-stick pan). Ditto for scrambled egg, which is always horrible to clean. My husband fried bacon using one of the low-cal sprays, and the pan looked burnt when he finished. Not so! Again, allow to go cold, soak in cold water for a while, then it just whisked right out again in the usual hot soapy water with no effort whatsoever. We've now had the set for several months, used every single day, and they are as perfect as the day we got them. Just let the pans go cold before putting into the washing up, and use non scratch utensils, that's it! Very highly recommded.

Fantastic Set
First of all these look amazing, I love the design and especially love the white ceramic you'll be surprised at how much of a difference that one aesthetic change will make to how you approach cooking. The curvature of a few key features is also really great in two regards, firstly the inside of the pans effectively having no hard angles is a welcome feature and one you don't tend to appreciate until you're digging food out of a crevasse along the rim of the inside of the pan.Another thing I liked was the curve and placement of the handle, I'm used to handles just being relatively straight and this can sometimes make for awkward handling especially if the pan is fairly loaded, but the way the handle curves and its placement higher up than usual gives you much better leverage over the pan allowing for much easier handling. The weight is pretty good, it's not too heavy but not flimsy. It can take a while to heat up on gas so I imagine that will be significantly longer on electric/induction hobs, but it has really great heat distribution across the pan and also seems to retain that heat for longer than most of my other pans.As for the sizes they're pretty good, but I have to say that the sizes of the frying pans are quite deceptive on the image. The sizes given are accurate but on the image they look roughly the same size with one being slightly smaller than the other, in reality though one of these pans is much larger than expected and one is much smaller.Other than that I'm very pleased, I have in the past spent upwards of £40 on a single pan which in my opinion was not only not as good quality but also nowhere near as visually appealing as this pan, so to get a whole set for £48 is an absolute steal in my opinion. Also a quick world to the wise, I see people complaining about "non-stick" peeling off and scuff marks. Wear and tear will happen with anything, but a white base is going to be especially prone to staining. Cookware (with exception of maybe really well made and seasoned carbon and cast iron items) is not meant to last forever. If you're not using oil, you don't own any silicon based cooking utensils and you wash them with a scouring pad then you waive your right to complain.Learn how to take care of the things you have, and they'll last you a lot longer than doing the exact opposite of everything the manufacturer tells you to do.

Mostly Great
These are very attractive, I do love the grooved effect! They're badged as retro, but those ridges look so contemporary. Beautiful! They're also a very competitively priced set of induction hob pans, you'd actually pay a good chunk more buying these on Swan’s own website. The coating seems decent enough and should be hard-wearing if you take care of them properly. Quality is upper medium and I think you would struggle to find better at this price point. My only gripe would be the handles.. It looks like metal on the handles, but it's actually a cheap metallic painted plastic. Why not use real metal or make the whole handle from bakelite!?

I want to cook again!
Absolutely love these. The weight is just right, I have only just started using them so I can't comment on the coating but they look nice and solid. The 3 saucepans come with one handle which is what I wanted (lots seem to have the biggest pan with two handles). Lovely to use and the look is gorgeous. I have the pale blue ones and I am so pleased.

Would not recommend
Poor quality, not worth the price tag. Chips in the enamel on the outside and imperfections on the inside of pans too. One came with a part of the handle missing that didn’t match the rest.
