I actually use this on the back of my desk to keep small things from falling off (because of my molding the desk doesnt exactly go all the way to the wall). The plastic is thick and sturdy and the adhesive keeps things very secure. I had to cut mine a little to fit the spot I had for it. It is not easy to cut but it is doable.

They are easy to use - just put an inch or so of the supplied double-sided sticky tape in two places on the side going onto the carpet or floor. Had to overlap several of them for each couch section but will have my husband cut them in half so that I don't waste them. Now when the kitties play with their 15 little toys they don't end up under the couches or refrigerators within three minutes of fishing them out!

The media could not be loaded.  Instead of sticking them to the floor, I flipped my couch and used little screws to secure them to the couch. This way I can still easily move my couch to vacuum under it. They work great this way and I no longer have to dig my dog’s ball out from under the couch.I can’t even see the screws and any “damage” would not be seen when removed.

For whatever reason, our dog loves to roll one of her plushie balls under the shelf in the living room, then bark and whine insistently until one of us gets up and gets it for her. Not anymore!! Though the plastic is a bit on the thin side, the double sided tape is very strong and not going anywhere. Such an easy and inexpensive fix (and barely visible) for such a long annoying habit of our beloved little fur baby!Humans - 1, Sheltie - 0
