Setup time Vs price point is not worth it
While this could be a quality little machine, with small niggling issues that can be adjusted for, the table mount on this unit makes it excessively time consuming and frustrating to use.The mounting and adjustment mechanism for the table is to put it bluntly, useless. It is near impossible to get an accurate cut, as after setting the table at 90 degrees, and angling the table to be square to the blade, the simple act of tightening the mechanism to lock the table in place shifts the table on all 3 axis. This means any work done to set the table at an accurate angle of any sort is essentially impossible. This also means at least an hour or two of fiddling around any time you want to adjust the table to any degree other than 90, say a 45 (close enough) cut.Of course you will need spend that time again for the next 90 degree cut you need to make. After sveral hours setting this up, I have come to the conclusion that the bandsaw will not be used for anything other than a 90 cut, as I likely not going to be able to invest this amount of time any time I need something different

According to scheppach the adjusting guide is no longer supplied with the machine.
Received the bandsaw, but adjusting guide was missing, contacted supplier but was told tha adjusting guide was no longer supplied with bandsaw, but was offered a spare blade FOC.which I have just received.the bandsaw itself works perfectly, and I am pleased with it.further to my review I received a part which was wrong to replace the adjusting guide.I have been told that the adjusting guide that was missing was not supplied because it was listed wrongly.it is not my fault that the guide was listed as being supplied but not available.the bandsaw is great but customer service from genpower who supplied it leaves a lot to be desired.according to amazon the bandsaw was sold by scheppach direct,so I do not know who I am dealing with
