One of the vases arrived faulty. A shame as overall the quality is excellent. There seems to be no simple process on Amazon for addressing this and getting one of the vases replaced.

Articles pas assez protégés par rapport à la fragilité et aux chocs que subissent les colis pendant les trajets. Ajoutez à cela un livreur qui jette le colis à plusieurs mètres = 4 vases brisés sur 16 et 2 rayés. Un emballage renforcé serait souhaitable. Sinon articles conformes à la commande.
