I painted this bench and arranged potted flowers on it and now the front of my house looks so nice.

We had 6 or 7 plant stands on the deck for succulents and plants. I got tired of tipping them over and picking them up. Bought this bench for a plant stand and it works amazing.

I liked the look and sturdiness of the wood, unfortunately I was not able to complete the assembly because one of the skirt pieces was built wrong (item "F" on the assembly diagram).

What was most surprising about this bench was how easy it was to put together. The instructions are just one sheet, with pretty straightforward pictures. The top part of the bench comes preassembled, so you just have to put together the legs basically. It took about 20 minutes to have this completely assembled. You will just need a screwdiver or powerdrill to assemble it, though I would recommend also having something like a rubber mallet handy to help knock some of the joint pieces together.The bench was impressively level when fully assembled and the wood is very lightweight. So lightweight in fact that my 3 year old can pick it up and move it around. Despite being so lightweight, it felt very sturdy to sit on.It's a nice basic bench, nothing too flashy and easy to move around our back yard to wherever it might be needed. Recommended.

This is a really nice sized bench and, despite what others have reported here, easy to assemble. Just follow the instructions and just put everything together without the hardware (dry-fit), then set it on the seat section (upside-down) and then screw everything together. I had no problems assembling this in about 15-20 minutes with my daughter, taking a little time to have her complete some of it to give her some DYI experience. 😊 I plan to stain the bench to give it a little color and then put it in my back yard.

I was expecting this to be a little heavier but it's actually not that bulky at all. But do not be mistaken by its weight, the wood is solid, and the smell of fresh pine when unboxing says it all :). It does come with all the parts and screws (20 in total, 4 different sizes) so you just have to provide the tools only. I used my cordless power drill and a small mallet to save time but just a Phillips Screwdriver only should be sufficient. An instruction sheet is included to help with the assembly but it's pretty easy after you put together the four legs. The top bench is pre-assembled so only need to attach the legs and the two support beams. I was done in around 10 minutes and it's pretty sturdy to sit on, with no wiggling or squeaking noises at all. Not sure if the woods are pre-treated but it does not look like it did to me. I was going to put it in my backyard after painting but it looks so nice as is, natural, I am just going to leave it inside unpainted for now. Overall, good quality, well-made and sturdy to sit on.
