They send you a package which takes time like up to a week. Once the package is delivered, you need to connect with them via WhatsApp or call and they activate the subscription within couple of hours. Polite and courteous customer support. They need your Xbox account username password so be sure create a new account if you are worried about privacy.

It's not 6 months, this is a fraud. The subscription expired in 4 months. It used to show auto renew, but now on the last day of the fourth month, it shows that subscription expired.
