I don't know how long it is but it fit my 1998 Ford Expedition perfectly looked like original wiper arm

No, the arm bend is different on the driver's side than passenger. It will fit but when at rest one the wipers will not lay at the very bottom and parallel to the windshield.

yes that is your cars left. it is the same as human sides, if that makes sense. sit in drivers seat..whatever side you need is the side you order. I would recommend replacing both at the same time. if one is stripped the other is soon to follow, plus the new one will be completely black as the other will be a faded grayish color.
