I purchased the desk light for my wife as she does quite a lot of cross-stitch. It helps her now the nights are drawing in.It gives that extra light needed when she does them at night. Our lounge lights are not quite bright enough to see.product is brilliant and the price was great too!

The price is rather good. On arrival, I was horrified as to the huge amount of mixed packaging; this cannot be good for Planet Earth! Lots of polystyrene, plastic and cardboard, not easily separable. The mains adapter will - if anything - be one of the critical weak points: Will it last? First impressions are crucial and the lamp feels cheaply made. The light produced is 6400k as per label (I thought it was 6500k). Time will tell.

There are better ways to put a light over your work area. The fitting for the unit to the base is wobbly. The plastic shade isn't deep enough and combined with a flimsy bulb holder when horizontal the bulb tip is below the level of the shade. Counterbalancing is far from confidence inspiring.

Quick delivery of a solid, good product. Not a problem for me as I have the kit but they might like to consider either including the very small Allen Key needed to assemble the base or change it to a standard screw as some might be caught out with the current lack of a 1p tool but other than that all seems well!

Excellent for completing my 5D diamond paintings. I’m able to swing the arm round to exactly where I need it and can tilt so it doesn’t affect anyone else

Very happy with this desk lamp. Had anther one, but wanted something that has a natural white light, and this does the job perfectly. Very happy with the product and would definitely recommend.

Annoying flicker at start up one spring fell of in transit and is now missing. Nice light otherwise.
