I usually buy otterbox but when I got my new phone the prices were crazy for them. So I bought a few cases to try out. This was one of them. By far it is the best (s23 ultra with pen) I've dropped it multiple times and my phone is unscathed also the case was unscathed. Ive bought this case twice. The first time i bought the lavender and it got dirty fast so this time i bought a black case. The screen protector is very nice feeling and the finger print works both times I bought this case. The rubber is velvety and it fits snug to my phone and the buttons work flawlessly. The pen is easily accessible. And the speaker is not muffled. I use the clear back to put pictures I've printed. Definitely a five star case.

First of all, the protection of this case is excellent! I had problems with other cases, all having ZERO protection on the side curve edges. The inside edge plastic frame of this Poetic Case was a life saver with the rubber cushion on the outside absorbing impact. I got this case after cracking the edge of my S23 Ultra from a 1ft drop on the table using a spigen case and paying it to be repaired by Samsung, forever but phone came back New and erased. This time I actually dropped my phone from few feet high! It smacked on a corner and fell flat on concrete! At that point I thought I was done! But all I had was a broken plastic edge frame and NO dents anywhere with the rubber case that provided all the cushion needed. I couldn't use the other protector frame as I already have a screen protector installed. This is where customer service was superb! I messaged them via Amazon seller page trying to purchase just the frame. They got back to me within a day and offered me a replacement under warranty with no hassle! Poetic stands behind their product and values customer satisfaction! This case fits a magsafe ring perfectly and wireless fast charges like it should. It even fits the tape on type camera lens protector within the case! CON: -The case is a finger print magnet on the clear part and dust does get trapped between phone and the case. It'll need the occasional cleaning. -I didn't like the usb cover that bends close pretty stiff. So when charging with usbC, it puts pressure on the plug and phone port. I didn't get to test the screen protector frame so I cannot comment on the functionality of the fingerprint reader. At the end, I will buy their case over and over again. Best protection by far to me and they have excellent customer service. Thanks Poetic!

This is by far the best case I've used, and to really hype of the product. The fingerprint scanner actually works

I ordered this case because my old full body one, a different brand, would get water trapped under the screen protector every time I washed my hands, it rained, etc. making it difficult to use the touchscreen. I love that it is thinner than my old one, but still completely covers the phone, and that the edges fit tighter around the front piece. I've had one small drop from about 2 feet, so we'll see how that works out. Charges great with my wireless charger. Comes with a back up screen, which is awesome. Fingerprint scanner will not work with it. I followed the directions exactly. Cleaned and dried the phone, made sure there was no lint. Carefully removed the plastic from the circle, placed the front cover on the phone pressing down on it to make sure it stuck properly, then went in and tried to reset my fingerprints. My phone can not detect them at all. You can clearly see that the fingerprint circle is correctly stuck to the phone with no bubbles, lint, etc, but my phone can't read through it. Crazy because my old scratched up screen that got taken off every other day to get the water out could still do it and and it wouldn't even stick to the phone anymore. I don't know if it's something with the plastic or what the issue is, but it absolutely will not work. I'm not going to send it back, will just go back to using my pin, and I didn't try to switch out the screens with the back up they provided. I'm going to enjoy not having any scratches on the plastic on this one for a while, then swap them out and see if the other one will work. EDIT: I've had the case on for a couple of days now. Logged into an app that needed my fingerprint, and got a prompt to enable biometrics. I was trying to remember my password, and thought what the heck, clicked the link to open settings, and suddenly, my fingerprint scanner is working again. I guess it needed to sit there for a few days. Who knows? Adding a star back for that.

I chose this Poetic Guardian case due to its advertised features. I bought 2 of them for my and my gf's new S23 Ultras. The installation video moved too fast for me to see all the details but I was able to slow it down, pause and replay where needed. After I installed the first one, it was very simple. The result was perfect. I had doubts about the polycarbonate built-in screen protector BUT it's not any sort of issue for either of us. The fingerprint reader works perfectly. We can see the phones' colors through the clear back. Everything is protected. We are very satisfied. The big plus is the cases come with a blank frame (without the built-in screen protector) to replace the screen protector frame so we are able to install a glass protector if needed in the future. The ONLY improvement to this case would be in having a kickstand at the back to allow the phone to be propped up on a table or desk. That hasn't been any real issue but it would be a nice-to-have. There are zero issues of "echo" like with many waterproof cases. No echo at all. This case is not waterproof but is generally water resistant. The selfie camera cutout allows liquids to enter between the phone and the screen protector. If it's alcohol it will evaporate. A moist screen or lens cleaning towelette is very workable for cleaning the screen protector. For its practicality, I give this case a full 5 stars. Well done! I really like Poetic cases due to this user experience.

GREAT GREAT GREAT SO GREAT I am someone that breaks their phone a lot out of pure clumsiness and stupidity, this case has protected my phone from EVERYTHING. Matter of fact, I've gotten a lot more careless with my phone because I put lots (maybe too much) trust in this case. My two complaints is that the frame with screenprotector is pretty hard to clean, it collects a lot of debris and you can't really get rid of it without seperating the screenprotector and the frame. The screenprotector is also plastic which makes it hm look kinda wacky but hey! with good comes bad =) I would definitely buy this again.

Vengo de la misma funda para el Note 10+, esa sí que era perfecta. Tenía un diseño algo más bonito (no tan simple) y tenía mejores acabados (pulidos y no rugosos como en esta) me da la sensación que en estos años bajaron algo la calidad de los materiales. Pero en cuanto a la protección, parece ser que cubre igual que la anterior, la cual me salvó de muchos sustos. El porqué de las 4 estrellas? Por el precio y el cubre pantallas. No es necesario, enserio, si se cae encima una piedra se parte igual, y si es por las ralladuras el cristal de estos teléfonos está hecho para aguantar. Yo solo quería la funda con el marco abierto, pero no sé si no supe buscar pero solo encontré esta que ofrece las dos opciones con un sobrecoste de 10€. Quitando este pequeño "contra", es de las fundas que más protege, haciéndolo de una forma elegante sin sacrificar mucho la estética como sucede con otras fundas más toscas y bastante más económicas.

Los materiales son excelentes y el ajuste y protección qué da l equipo es suprema, cubre pantalla al 100% estoy super contento por este producto

Fits great. Is sturdy and comfortable to hold. No issues with fingerprints! I did not have to update or change any settings!
