When it plugged in, light is sparkling and make a spark noise and light off, then again jerking or slapping light on for sometime,and off. I think waste of money.

Not useful device, even consume power insteed of saving power. I have tested and found that it consume power and contribute extra unit in the bill. Don't trust such devices. Also facing return option. Why consumer are required to arrange return the product? This is the way to make return process difficult. Also Amazon should also take some action against them for wrong product sell after reading users review. Also make return process as simple as product delivery.

I bought this product on 5 august as mentioned quality of product is not given. Dont buy this product my light bill is increased after I started using this cheap product
