Strap attaches with velcro around your upper leg to hold catheter in desired position. Reduces pain from cath pulling. I use these straps all the time. However, they get scratchy over time and could be wider for more comfort. Also dealing with all the velcro is hard for my weak arthritic fingers.

Had this put on right after surgery, and it worjed fine in the hospital. However, when I used it at home overnight, the catheter kept slipping. After the first night, I changed to a Dale 316 which holds much better. Also available from Amazon,
