Product works pretty good. Make sure the nuts and bolts screw all the way before drilling holes. I had to use the clamp mount instead of the hole mount because the securing nut wouldn’t thread more than half way into the nut.

I wasn't sure if this arn would support my 27" monitors but I emailed the manufacturer to check if it can definitely can hold 8kg (per arm) and they confirmed that it can.I took the plunge and can confirm that the arm holds two 27", 7kg monitors perfectly.At first the arm sagged a little but after adjusting the screws the monitors have held in place for days without moving a mm.Pay careful attention to which way increases how much the arms can hold, it's the opposite to what I expected for one of the Allen bolts and I suspect that is the reason some people are having issues.Great monitor arm. Highly Recommended.

Anleitung ist mit dabei und man muss echt wenig nachschauen.in der Verpackung waren alle Schrauben vollständig und man muss schon positiv erwähnen, dass es viele unterschiedliche Größen gibt,sollte das passende für fast die gängigen Größen vorhanden sein.Wenn man sich für diese Halterung entscheidet darf der Tisch nicht ganz an der Wand stehen, da die Gelenke, hinten über die Tischkante schauen können, je nach Ausrichtung der Monitore versteht sich.Ich hab 2x 32" Curved Monitore im Einsatz, jeder wiegt etwas über 4,5kg und der Arm hält sie bis jetzt auf meine gewünschte Höhe!bin gespannt ob ich nochmal nach justieren muss oder ob er es so hält.Sehr schön ist das Kabelmanagement von dem Arm. Stromanschluss + 2x DP Kabel kann man dort problemlos unterbringen und runden das gesamte Ergebnis positiv ab.von mir auf jeden Fall eine Kaufempfehlung wer nach einer Monitore Halterung sucht.falls sich was ändern sollte, werde ich die Rezension anpassen.
