So many color options, but I prefer orange. It came with clear and black glass stones/beads for the ember bed. Mine had a slight bend in the left mounting bracket, but I was able to fix it. My remote was also damaged. The company quickly sent me a free replacement and even followed up to make sure I got it.I am impressed overall with the quality, but more so with the heat function. I can put it on low and feel it while sitting on the couch from 10’ away. It produces nice heat, but the heat doesn’t rise so it’s great for use under a TV. Not only does the heat not rise, but even when it’s hot I can touch the frame without getting burned. If I turn the heat function on it easily helps warm my large room and keeps my thermostat from kicking on. On low it raises the room temp by 2-3 degrees. And I’ll mention that it’s an upstairs open concept (living/kitchen/dining) that I’ll leave to door cracked open for my pets.I did so much research trying to find the right electric fireplace and so happy with this one.

I wanted an electric fireplace and spent tons of time researching options. I almost bought another model that is known for realism, but backed out because it was thousands of dollars more with reviews citing questionable customer service and a complicated installation. I am very happy with this unit. My contractor installed it quickly and with no problems. There are multiple options with the remote in terms of flame color and height and other variations. There is a heating option which I use occasionally. As noted in other reviews, the heat blower is a little noisy, but it’s not terrible. I really don’t think anyone will mistake it for real fire, but I don’t care because it’s very pretty. I use it all the time and have received many compliments…and so far no problems.My only tiny complaint is that the remote is very small, and me being me, I’m worried I’ll misplace it. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer, but so far so luck in ordering extras.Overall, very happy with this model and highly recommend it.

Great flame and very happy with quality

Love it! Lots of options for colors and flame speed. Keeps my small home, 500 sq ft, warm even when outside temps dip into the teens. I really like the timer option.

The product looks and sounds great however the shipping was supposed to be 3 days and kept being delayed and delayed day after day to the point I eventually had to cancel. Screwed up project timing etc for me. Would do your research on delivery / seller before purchasing.

I was skeptical about buying a fireplace on Amazon but this has turned out to be a GREAT purchase. It's perfect. I had a little difficulty setting up the voice control to Alexa but now that its set up it creates a great ambiance for the living room. Where I live its mostly warm year round so I purchased it more for he ambiance than the heat. I did turn the heat on to see how it worked and I think it would be fine if you have a small living room. There are so many colors to choose from and looks really nice!
