Great value and capable POE switch.
This is an extremely useful 6 port switch comprising of 4 POE ports and 2 uplink/downlink/NVR ports. The POE ports support both 802.3af and 803.2at standards. The PSU is a separate brick to the switch itself, which makes it very small and easy to place. So I have 6 cameras dotted around the garden to watch wildlife and because this switch has two uplink ports, I have one connected over 100m of Ethernet back to the house and the other to another POE switch 100m further down the garden. It also powers a couple of cameras.I’ve had it running 24/7 for three weeks and it hasn’t missed a beat. All the cameras work perfectly and are being recorded via an NVR.I haven’t used the extended mode because it drops transmission rate to 10Mbps where as 100Mbps is fine for the 6 cameras I have connected and the wireless access point. For the price it is far more flexible than the 5 port versions.Highly recommended.

Very good - Runs our SIP phones
Great value, runs our office SIP phones with no issues.Slight coil whine but unnoticeable when the office is busy.

Works OK
I actually sent this one back to AMAZON as I finally found the PSU for the first one which I bough (elsewhere!) a couple of years ago - based on my experience with the latter, it appears to work OK when connected to my CCTV cams

Good value
Great value for money. Purchased 2 of these as the initial switch I purchased did not have 15 Watts per channel needed for my CCTV cameras. These are tiny and well made. Made of metal housing. Work really well so far. No drop outs of signal or power. Much cheaper than buying most other makes. I am happy with the product.

Home Cat 6 splitter
I had cat 6 cables installed at home when we had it rewired so i need a way to split from my main router into the board set up in my office so needed a powered Ethernet switch. This allows me to split it over 8 different ports in different parts of the house basically giving me Ethernet port directly connected to my router everywhere, it's like paradise for IOT geeks.Setting it up is really plug and play, speeds basically mean i cannot see any drop, although using Cat 6 with the short lengths i am running i should do so anyway, other than that it looks like any other piece of IT equipment and blends in nicely in my server rack.

Great Price and Product
I honestly have no faults with this. Amazing value for a 1Gig PoE switch.

Avoid the 'extended' mode
This is a nice, solid little POE switch, I've bought two. I've not benchmarked it's performance, it doesn't really matter as I'm only using it for some POE IP Cameras so it doesn't have to be the very fastest switch on the market. As others have noted, this is a 100/10 switch, not gigabit, something which I knew buying it but others may not realise the significance of "Fast Ethernet" which was the marketing term applied to 100Mbps ethernet when that was actually considered 'fast'.Negatives are the 'extended' mode. I fortunately don't believe I'll need it, this drops the speeds down to 10Mbps - in theory still sufficient for streaming from my camera (6Mbps) but in practice I was seeing a LOT of packet drop in this mode. If you're seeing corruption from your IP cameras or other problems with UDP streaming then you should make sure that this switch is set to the 'Default' mode.

Effective cheap unit
Better suited to a wall mount, this is ideal to power several items (e.g. CCTV) into home system/NAS. Powers 4 cameras all with long (over 15 meter) CAT5 cables without issue.
