Makes work fun!
This is a really fun scooter! I use it for work but I xant seem to get off it when I'm done working! Only dislikes are the clearance and the weird brakes. The clearance is a problem it will sometimes hit on the bottom of the scooter. More my problem then a design. The brakes are backwards. At least in my experience as a mountain bike rider the rear brake should be in the right hand and the front brake inthe left. Not a deal breaker in any sense. Pun intended! It's a little heavy but that seems to help with control, keeping it stable. Couldn't connect with bluetooth though. Again not a deal breaker. Tires are a nice soft rubber material. Three speeds are really cool for saving battery life. The suspension work ok. Nice disc brakes in the rear. Wish I could adjust the brake levers because I'm slightly tall and it feels a little awkward. This scooter is definitely with the price.

This scooter looked good but fell apart on me twice
The first scooter I received had its rear tire pop after only a week of usage; I was able to secure a replacement very quickly, and the new scooter worked great until I realized it had a manufacturing defect with the rear tire, resulting in me not being able to pump it back up. Don't buy this!! Put your money towards something better

Handy, user friendly APP. Awesome scooter
Great electric scooter! I originally bought it for my 16 year old son; but I’ve been hooked on it myself. I love the connivence of hoping on it quick to run to the corner store. Sturdy and stable, I feel safe on it.I find the APP very useful and fun to navigate with; it’s quick and snappy and allows me To control Bluetooth capabilities, even has an antitheft feature! Also keeps track of how many miles I’ve gone and the battery life is always at my fingertips; It’s waterproof so if i get caught in the rain i don’t have to worry about shorting the battery.I like to take my son to the park with it, so he has more open space to ride. It folds up effortlessly to fit in the trunk of my car.Over all I’m very pleased. Well worth the moneyCame beautifully packaged~ made for a wonderful gift!

Just 9.5 miles on 100% charged battery :(
I bought this escooter for my job because they promised that I can do 24-28 miles on it. It's as heavy as other escooters in this category of long range. But in practice I can ride 3 times less, only 9.5 miles.I was sufforing in a subway because of its weight, non-foldable handlebar, and size. But I expected at least 20, or even 15 miles long range. Also rear brake is so noisy.Suspension and good tires — big plus of this escooter for its prise.I saw many scooters like this but diffetent brands. They are looked the same and had the same description.

It’s a bit wonky
It’s a gray little scooter. It definitely doesn’t get the miles that they say it does. Maybe I. Pedestrian mode where your at 5 miles an hour will you get the miles out of the battery. As soon as your light and and sport mode are on, your battery will die out quick. It’s a bit heavy to fold like it does. The back tire is hard as hell to try and blow up properly. The brakes are not reliable and need adjusting. They are disk breaks but when you break only one break pad move which will n turn wil warp the disk. For the amount of money I paid for this, think the quality needs to improve. When you break your whole handle bar will shake and wobble.

Rear tire cannot be replaced
In terms of functionality, the scooter works pretty well. But I only used this scooter for about a good month till the rear tire popped and I had no idea if it was the inner tube or the tire itself but I bought new tires and took it to the mechanic all for him to tell me that he quite literally couldn’t get it on. And that he’s never seen a scooter with such a tight fit. So I’m now in the return process and I will be buying another scooter. The whole thing is a huge inconvenience especially since I bought it as a commuting scooter so save your time and money and look elsewhere. Also you can find this exact design in scooter in different colors all over amazon which is a red flag.

Fun and so worth it!!
This is such a fun and fast scooter!! Suspension is great. My husband is 250 and the suspension still works awesome for him. Super smooth ride, and great steering. Love the breaks and power button.

So far so good
Seemed great at first but barely lasted a few months before it randomly died in the middle of a busy intersection during rush hour (dangerous) and never came back on no matter what I did. It was by that point out of the return window and amazon told me the manufacturer would need to be contacted for warranty based returns, but they were unresponsive so I had to push for a refund on here. Also the "free helmet" it originally said it came with never showed up. So I have updated my original review to reflect my experience. Avoid!
