I was so relieved to find these 30mm replacement flanges! They fit perfectly with my Lansinoh pump and also worked with my Medela parts without any leaks or awkward adjustments. The quality feels solid, and they’re smooth and comfortable during pumping, which makes a huge difference when you’re using them multiple times a day. Cleaning is easy, and they haven’t warped or discolored after several washes. If you need a larger flange size that’s compatible with multiple brands, this 2-pack is a great choice—affordable, durable, and comfortable.

I don’t know what it is about the flange world where they tell you to size yourself, but I got a size that was big and I thought I was fine and it still wasn’t big enough. They say that your Ariola shouldn’t be going in the tube but honestly, it was more comfortable for me and my body and the size was perfect. The flanges are comfortable for me And I have loved these and use these very much. It took me a while to even figure out what my size was I would recommend also buying off Amazon the flanges that are insertable that way if it is uncomfortable because your boobs will fluctuate when you’re when your breast-feeding that you can just stick a smaller flange inside a bigger flange, which is what I did. The value from honor here was great. I would buy them again if I needed to. Also, if you’re looking for a bigger size like this, you’re gonna have to get it off Amazon because you cannot get it through insurance they only have sizes that are even sizes not odd sizes and that can be very difficult especially when you’re not a 28 but you’re a 27 so I would definitely recommend getting these. It’s a good investment even if you think it’s not important enough it’s important for your comfort. Do it for your comfort?

I bought these in June to use with my Lansinoh wall pump. I was looking for a back-up pair, and also hoping to find a set that was more comfy than the ones that came with my pump that I’ve been using since February. First time I used these, I was a huge fan. Much more comfortable. Unfortunately they simply did not last. Within one week, the white part, which seals to the breast, separated from the hard plastic on one of the flanges. It’s worth mentioning, I only use this particular pump once a day, at night. They are hand washed with baby safe dish soap and hot water - no machines. When the first one busted, it had been used less than 10 times. I didn’t think much of it, thought maybe I had done something wrong or got a defective one, and I continued to use the other one along with a different brand for the other side. But, about three weeks later, the other flanges’ white part separated from the hard plastic. Very disappointed, because these would have been more comfortable to use on a regular basis, but they simply don’t hold up. I do not recommend.

These definitely worked more efficiently than the flanges my medela came with. The ones it came with would slip off when milk started backing up into the flange so I would keep fixing it and slowly leaks milk out of the top of the flange. I guess it’s the fact that these have silicone on the outer edge but they worked awesome!

These work alright but they seem a bit smaller than the 27mm ones with my hospital kit. I would say seems bigger than a 24 but not as big as a 27. The silicone edge is nice. Fits tightly into the Medela pump in style, and I mean tight, so you have to really wedge that sucker in there.

My Medela pump came with flanges that were too small. Orders this and it came next day. Works great and easy to clean.
