The cover for mine was lost in a move and this fit perfectly over it. I can't remember if I have the deluxe or original (or whatever they're called) but whichever one it is, it fits! Nursing my 4th baby and the My Brest Friend has been my go-to since my first. I tried others- b0ppy and the one with multiple layers and the strap and pocket are just big selling points for me. I also have a Fr!da pillow and the firmness and odd strap closure were something that had me reaching for the My Brest Friend first.

This nursing pillow saved my back. I had the Cuddle U which I like, as well as the Boppy Mombo nursing pillow, which I did not like but this one is by far superior to the other two. I love how it cradles my back keeping me from having poor posture while I feed my baby. I like how I do not have to rest my arms underneath her head to elevate it as it has these little raised bumps that do the work for me. The only con I can find is that the cover cannot be tumble dried so you have to wait until it air dries before you can replace the cover which is why I bought an additional one. It is very hard to put the cover back on once you remove it to be washed, its like putting together a puzzle trying to put it back on. But the support is unbeatable and I would definitely recommend this product to moms that are nursing or even bottle feeding. My husband uses it when he feeds her and it keeps my husband and daughter in the perfect position for a comfortable feeding.

I should have read closer on the material. This is not a water resistant fabric like the cover that came with the pillow is. Still a good product, just worth noting.

Just what I needed! Fits the Breast Friend pillow perfectly. The material is a bit stiff (stiffer than the one it came with), but it makes it easier to wipe off spit up. I was pleasantly surprised that the buckle attachment was there as expected.Notably, I chose the black and white cover because newborns prefer contrast at first and my little one definitely enjoys looking at it even when it's just laying around. I definitely recommend having an extra cover on hand! Just be careful in removing the original one, as I managed to rip out some foam while doing so. Oops.

Arrived used, broken, and not as advertised. Buckle was replaced with a key ring to clasp it closed rendering useless. I returned for a refund. Buyer beware.

This pattern seems to keep my baby focused during BF which is an unexpected benefit!

The material has no stretch and is uncomfortable when actually using the pillow. The lack of stretch causes the fabric to pull tight against your skin when using the pillow and sitting against it. I would not recommend and wish I hadn’t opened the bag already so I could return. 3 stars only for the cheap price and quick shipping.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT. This pillow makes breastfeeding so much less stressful! I slap on my pillow and it allows me to focus on getting baby to latch correctly and quickly without having to fumble around with pillows and trying to get the right support. When my cover gets dirty I just unzip it and throw it in the washing machine. Easy peasy. I also purchased another cover to use when I have to wash one.
