Worse product!
Do not buy this! This is actually the second one I’ve brought for my store and it broke down again within half a year. I try finding a seller to solve the problem and I couldn’t find one. It broke down out of nowhere which is frustrating. If you are looking for a water boiler, definitely not this one.

DO NOT BUY... controller stopped working after 3 Months
After only 3 months, the heater would not turn off after it reached temp. It was constantly running the heater and steaming through the top. We had to disconnect the power to get it to turn off. This could lead to be a very dangerous situation if left overnight and the tank runs dry.

Not 15 liters
Product works as intended, however it does NOT hold 15 liter. It holds at most 6-7 liters. Very disappointed. I run a coffee shop so I need a large volume hot water dispenser.

Nice Commercial Heater – But Not A Great Filter Solution
The product itself is not a bad product. I like the electronic programing features to be able to save on electricity or to be ready for a lot of use. The nozzle is a nice heavy duty stainless steel, which is what you need for a commercial product.The reason that I arrived at 4 stars instead of 3 or 5 is twofold. As far as working is concerned… it works well. If not for that I would give it 3 stars. What I do not like about it, is the filter system. For starters its built in, so you cannot change it if desired. From what I can tell according to this Chinese company, whose only presence in the states is an Amazon store, is that you cannot buy replacement parts for the filter. The whole point of a water dispenser like this is not just hot water, but water that does not taste it’s full of chlorine. The 2 stage is mainly a sediment filter and an activated charcoal filter. What happens when the charcoal filter is no longer activated? So, if you purchase this you may want to run the waterline through a real water filtration system first, then the water this produces will be great.
