4/24/25 This chair has been a good investment in myself and really helps my back compared to other chairs I have used in the past. The chair seems to be of good quality and materials. The chair is most definitely ergonomic especially with the adjustable arm rest. I had a few minor issues in the beginning that the company has since resolved. The company was supportive at helping me resolve the issue by sending a new chair at no additional cost. The chair is easy to put together and comes with a manual to show you how to put it together. Everything was neatly packaged and the parts were located in a carboard and plastic casing making it easy to find the right parts. The wheels glide well on the ground with hardly any resistance. I forgot to mention earlier, that this chair looks amazing for the price. I'll be looking forward to working with this company in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

The chair arrived 1 day earlier than expected, and it was really easy to assemble. It's a very sturdy chair, and good quality materials. The seat cushion is thick and very firm, and it's wider for a roomier fit. The arm rests do have some cushion to them, but they are also very firm. The leg rollers are very quiet and smooth, it's easy to roll the chair even on a rug or carpet, and that was a concern for me because my office is wall to wall carpeted. The backrest "wings" kind of hug my sides, but they're not uncomfortable for me. I really like the reclining feature, it lets me choose where to stop, instead of giving me preset "notches." I was able to recline the chair all the way down, and the chair would still rock and it still felt stable, and that's pretty impressive! The only downside I noticed is that this chair didn't get the straps to hold the lumbar support pillow like its cousin with the foot rest, but the head pillow does have a strap and it's stays in place nicely. Overall it's a good chair, good quality, firm and stable, I can see it lasting a long time.

Update: Customer service reads reviews. Offered a fix. +1 star for effort but still the same issues with the chairLooks well built. I wanted an office chair that reclines but there aren’t many. I also like 3D armrests and a larger weight restriction. This pretty much fit the bill.I like the flat and wide seat. It’s softer than my previous chair but probably not as comfortable as an office chair. With flat seat I can add my own cushion if necessary. Other chairs have raised edges or fronts and it’s harder to keep a cushion in place.I don’t like the flairs that kind of wrap around the shoulder and waist. I feel they just put the same back on all the chairs and only redesigned the seat. The reason I got a big and tall is because I’m a big person. The shoulder flair ever so lightly rubs or pokes the side of my shoulders. They should have made it wider accordingly to the width of the seat. Same for the waist. If I was any more rotund, they would poke the sides of my stomach. I included a pic of what I kind of mean.The 3D armrest don’t lock in place. They only lock up and down. The problem is depending on how I rest my elbow the armrests easily moves left and right (rotate) without me wanting them to. Forward and backwards don’t move much. I just want them to lock left and right.Otherwise it’s a comfortable chair at a fair enough price. Basically you get what you pay for. Hopefully it holds up. Only time will tell.

I read in some of the reviews where packaging was damaged, and no instructions, and a complaint about the wrong screwdriver. I had none of those issues the box it came in was really sturdy the instructions were right inthe box. The screwdriver tool they provide is double sided so it works for both types and an extra pieces are included in case you lose one when putting it together. I had no problem with the bolts sticking out when I put the trim on the edges on.The chair is very comfortable. I got it to replace my old desk chair which is still fine after over ten years but I fell recently and needed something with more support. I am 5'4 and I'm able to sit perfectly back in the chair without my feet dangling, that is at the lowest on the chair. I also love the adjustable armrests the height not only adjusts you can move the arms from back to front if you want.

I ordered this chair as a early Christmas gift for a family member. Our old chair was almost 10 years old and comfort has come a long way, especially for gamers. Most of the instructions were clear. I advise you to look at the pictures for assembly, particularly for the seat and the component you put underneath so the chair can move up and down.The one frustrating aspect was installing the left and right plastic covers for the sides of the back of the chair. One was already cracked slightly and, as I could not see the hole and the cover is not perfectly proportioned, putting the screw in took almost 20 minutes of hit-and-miss games.Still my family member loves the chair so far. They are 5’9 and around 275lbs and the chair is great for them. This chair is made for big and tall people so if you don’t fit those measurements, ex left to feel swallowed up. They said it’s extremely comfortable and they’re happy with it, so I’m happy. If any issues crop up, aside from the assembly one, I will update this review.Update: I ended up buying the chair with a footrest for myself. I’d originally bought another chair on Amazon that wound up a painful experience. My mom’s physical therapist said the chair I bought for my mom was a great choice so, despite I got one for myself and so far it’s great. The seat cushion I got to survive the other chair I inevitably returned because the cushion didn’t help minimize the pain, is not needed for this chair. It’s comfortable. I can recline, use the footrest and read while playing a movie on my computer. If anything breaks I’ll update again. But so far these two chair are one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon.
