Very good kit
The only thing we used in the kit was the smaller roller brush. If our job had been bigger, we might have used more of the tools. Very complete with everything you would need.

Worth it for one or two jobs.
April 2024 review. While the pieces aren't the highest quality, as a DIY bathroom re-do, it did plenty good for our needs. We did have to hijack a spare broom handle laying around to attach these pieces, which was fine. The price beat out a competitors's pro kit, which included a mixing barrel which we didn't need. Tip: To mix up the leveling compound save your lungs and wear a respirator mask. We also drilled out a hole in the side of a 6-gallon bucket and inserted/duct taped a shop vac hose attached to a cyclone unit then to the shop vac (See 'how-to' vids online). We turned on the vac when dumping the mortar into the bucket to cut down on dust everywhere. This is because our bathroom is on the second level and we didn't want concrete dust everywhere and it was winter so we couldn't mix it up outside. The spiked shoe plates didn't break under the weight of our son's 140-pound frame. Not saying how much weight the plates will hold, though. They do seem cheap. But if you want affordable tools that will work to give you the level surface you need, this kit should be fine. I can't arrest to how it would work on a large job like a basement floor, though. Since our house was quite 'settled,' the floor was 1-1/4" off North to South. The type of morar we choose stated that it worked up to 1-1/2 inches deep, but on a plywood base, a mortar primer and metal lath had to be put down first. I, believe some mortars allow admixes for a more stable base, but only if the depth is no more than 1/2". Because ours was off by so much, and we were laying down on plywood, I'm glad we did the lath, even though it was a pain, AND using the spike roller really helped to remove the bubbles as we were spreading the mortar out, esp since the depth was 1-1/2" deep. I'm glad we took a chance on this kit.

save your money, useless
only one set of straps for the spike soles came so I made two out of duct tape. the notched squeege has such big grooves that it's useless for epoxy, one would have to pour a gallon every 20 sq ft to use this. didn't come with standard acme threads on the handles so you got to make something. the kit is more aimed towards super thick coatings that not many can afford and the ones that can would buy this junk.

Good quality - would buy again.
Does the job nicely. Good quality. The one thing that could be improved is that the connector to the comb isn't threaded, so using an extension pole with threads was a challenge, nothing that duck tape couldn't handle.

Is an ok product but it does the work
No as great as expected the one thing I used the most I was able to use it only once because after that there was resin on it and it just no good to reuse the only one thing that has been the most use has been the shoes which are ok but no great because of the way to tie they could had been better but it is what it is

Spend a few dollars more and buy proper tools
These products dont come with the ability to use a broom stick to screw into it. You would need a cone shaped pole and you'd have to screw it to the pole.. a bit of a pain in the ass since I had to go out and buy one and when you do screw it it still is floppy so I had to use an enormous amount of duct tape.. this product is good but needs design work. Tye cleats are not that great. Extremely painful in the ass to secure to foot. Spend a few dollars more and buy proper tools.

Extremely helpful for my project
Absolute must have when doing any kind of lvp install. I flew once I got the hang of it with the block and the bar. It also came with spacers that were the perfect distance for expansion gaps
