I’m really impressed with this mattress protector. It fits my queen mattress perfectly, snug but not too tight and the material feels soft and breathable, not plasticky like some waterproof covers. I tested it by accidentally spilling water, and it didn’t soak through at all! It’s completely waterproof as advertised. What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t make any noise when you move around and doesn’t trap heat, so it still feels comfortable throughout the night. It washed and dried easily without shrinking, and the quality stitching gives me confidence it’ll last. Overall, it’s a great combination of protection, comfort, and peace of mind. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to keep their mattress in perfect condition.

I love these mattress pads. I have purchased 7 in various sizes in the past few years both for my home and furnished rental property, and they are so much more evolved than the old “crinkly plastic” ones of days past. First off, I love that they come in different colors (I always buy gray-or even black, which is really a dark charcoal color) as they show less dirt and oils over time, where as every other white one I’ve owned in years past look gross over a month or two. Second- the fact that they are soft -made from a bamboo blend-(no noise or crinkling sounds!) and so durable both on the mattress and the ease to machine wash and air dry (you can tumble dry on low according to tag, but they air dry so fast I’ve not tried that) is hands down best ever. Not even that weird smell out of the package like many have. Third- Quality. They are super well fitted and sewn. They do NOT slide around on any style mattress I’ve owned. They stay ON, both due to the unique waterproof backing (you can’t even tell to the average person they ARE a waterproof pad) and the fact that they have the deepest stretchiest pockets I’ve ever seen. My mattress is 15” deep, and there is still at least 5” extra inches all the way around to snug and hold it in place. The elastic holds up well. Lastly, but most importantly-they do the job perfectly. To date, there are no stains I have found that can’t come out-vomit, urine, water, body oil…even blood! Exactly what I want to protect expensive mattresses these days. These have been on every bed and used by kids to the elderly, and I have yet to replace a single one.

I have bought probably bought 12-15 of these and they have proven themselves over & over again. Our 3 year old tends to gag when he has coughing fits which then cause him to vomit quite a bit. Not once has anything gotten through these mattress protectors: Milk, juice, water, pee, vomit, drool. I trust these so much that I’ve purchased several for each bed in our vacation rental. They fit deep pocket mattresses. The wash very well and they are easy to put on. It’s just like a fitted sheet. We’ve had them for several years and they are holding up well.

Wonderful mattress, protector, fit perfectly, and looks nice as well. My only negative about this mattress protector is the cooling factor. It is supposed to be a cooling mattress protector but does not quite work the way it should. Still a great mattress, protector, if you’re looking for a great value for the money, unfortunately, just does not have the cooling effect we had hoped for.

ARE YOU QUESTIONING WHETHER THIS MATTRESS PROTECTOR IS WORTH IT?! Whether you can trust this mattress protector in the hands of a human tsunami of a husband, or a child who likes to occasionally embody the spirit of a rain god? Or better yet, is your girlfriend a part-time water nymph? Well look no further, and stop your scrolling! This mattress protector is waterproof! Well kind of... kind of in the way that matters, okay...? If you spill an entire bottle of water on top of this mattress protector, yes, do wear your swimming trunks... it WILL GET WET. HOWEVER, it won't get wet where it matters, or should I say, it will only get wet where it matters? (there's probably an innuendo in there...but I'm too lazy to pull it out). ANYWAYS, if you do happen to accidentally spill something on it, no worries this mattress protector will sustain most of the damage, and your mattress will stay dry. YAY! Now in all honestly, I can't speak on behalf of how it handles stains, I have yet to enthusiastically drop a full glass of wine in order to test it's integrity. But I can speak on behave of H2O and other clear liquids which I have tested. In short, yes all you have to do is grab a nearby towel or napkin and clean up the mess, and let it dry. Or if worse comes to worse, wash it and set it to dry. And even if it gets super wet, if you take off the cover you'll be pleasantly surprise to find it's still very much dry (at least from my experience). As for the fabric itself, it's very soft and cozy, and definitely feels high quality, and not cheap at all. I'm not sure if I would describe it as "cool" as a midnight breeze, or the same coolness you would feel from silk sheets, but for the most part it doesn't seem to run hot and does stay "cool." I would describe it as breathable and "airy" (if that makes any sense). Although, I will say that if you have bed-sheets that tend to stick or leave lint behind, then it does tend to stick to this mattress protector. Other than that, all's good! If you're worried about it not fitting 12 inch mattress, no worry it fits mine just fine, and might even fit a bigger mattress. Take in mind this isn't that type of mattress protector that you zip up, but rather the open pocket type that you just stretch it over the mattress.
