I am editing this because I fixed it purely by accident. The battery had died and after charging it, it wasn't dispensing, like other 1 star reviews had discussed. Out of pure frustration today, I held down both buttons. After a few seconds all the lights flashed. After that it is working like normal. I love this thing, so glad its working again. Similar to other 1 star reviews. This thing charged and worked great out of the box. Battery held the charge for 6 months. It stopped working suddenly. When I plug it in, the light flashes like its charging. I unplug it when the light stops flashing and it won't work anymore. I'm really bummed because this thing was great to have. Really disappointed that it just stopped working suddenly.

UPDATE: 100% perfect. Do it! I’m drinking more water than i ever have and it’s a perfect pour for meditations. New pick is of the spring water bottle in the new crate kinda mentioned below. Seriously love it! Both the one in my bedroom and the one in my office is perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I might even get one for the office where I have to report to once a week. Oh, single charge is holding haven’t had to charge again yet. I have one in my bedroom too. Holds a charge for… well it hasn’t ran out yet. My office one is direct plug all the time. Program to ml is easy. Or use the one touch start, one touch stop method. Sleek designs for any room. I am getting nice looking wood “milk crate” to hide the jug and will use wire organizer wrap to conceal the hose. I bet the hose can be extended any length with a little diy. These could be fun with wine maybe too!! Really anything not fizzy and the exact consistency of water. I’ve been needing to up my water intake and believe it or not this does help. 300ml in bed first thing, 300 ml a few more times in the office. And 300ml before sleep while in bed. 100% recommend and I actually have. Oh. My best friend liked hers so much she got me one….and then I got one for my office.

This water dispenser was better than i had expected for such a low price. It is easy to assemble, charges quickly, and is so simple to use. It is a great add to my computer desk, and doesn’t take up much room. However, nothing comes without flaws, and this product is no exception. It doesn’t hold a charge for long. I had fully charged the dispenser, and within ten minutes, the battery was dead and it would not come back on. Otherwise, this is an amazing device and i would definitely purchase it again.

It works great and looks nice on the countertop. As someone who uses water bottles a lot , this does not work. It is too short for a water bottle underneath so then you get a cup and pour the cup of water into the water bottle, which takes longer and is not practical. I see it has an 1000mg option and wonder how this would work given nothing that big can fit on the cupholder. This would be five stars if the height for the spout was about 6 inches higher.

Update: I have purchased 3 additional of these water dispensers since my original review simply because of the convenience of the item. HOWEVER, after 3-5 months it just QUITS and won't charge. Like a goofball, I keep purchasing hoping that maybe they've made improvements to their products and the next one will last. WRONG. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I really hope the seller makes this right but... I don't seem to have much luck in that area with Amazon sellers. Maybe this seller will pleasantly suprise me but at this point I GIVE UP. I can't find another item that would meet my needs anywhere but I'm done wasting my money. I'll have to figure out another way. Very disappointing. Note, under my original review I had kept it plugged in for a couple days but then removed the charger and overall charge lasts quite a while... but then of course it eventually doesn't work at all. Original review: I had seen this on tiktok idk how many times and kept telling myself I couldn't be influenced... glad to say I was wrong! I love water and this is by far the best purchase I've made in a very long time. For someone who gets Amazon pkgs more often than I care to admit... that's saying a lot lbs. I can't speak to rechargabilty because it's plugged in next to my bed but so far I love it! It fills fairly quickly and takes up very little space. The design is beautiful. I'll update my review once I've tried it wirelessly but the spout does rotate so i can fill up a larger water bottle so that is a plus! It does make some noise but it'd actually kind of relaxing to me so no points docked for that. I'd recommend! Note: I tried purchasing this item from another seller on here and they sent me the wrong spout and when I initiated the refund they refunded me 0.23 before I even got it to the store to return. That was after waiting 2 weeks. This seller was able to get this item 2days earlier than expected. I'm pleased.

I love this thing. I have it on my desk and I use it every day. I’ve had it for a few months and no issues. Works great. Easy to use and not very loud. No water leaks after you stop pressing the water. Great product.

I love this! Due to our home location the tap water is not good for drinking, so we consume lots of bottled water. Using this product allows us to buy 5 gal jugs instead of individual bottles saving us time and money along with having less waste. We placed it in a conveniently located, high traffic spot allowing us to choose water over other drinks. It is very convenient and highly useful. You just place the cup on it and set it to start. This product has preset buttons that gives you the option to select how much water you would like and the tube connecting the dispenser to the water jug is a great length. I cant say much on the battery life due to only having changed the dispenser once, but it has been used multiple times a day for a month and it is still going strong. The only downside is that it is a little loud, but it only take a few seconds and its done. If you are on a call or doing something that needs some quiet, then you can start it and step away for a bit. Thus the sound of the motor is not a big issue. I would definitely recommend this to others!

I loved this so much! But today it died after 3 months. I charged it and it won’t pump… it shows it’s charging and it’s been charging for hours and won’t come back on. 😭 I’m so sad because I really loved it! Update: I’m dumb… 😆 so I ordered a new one and it wouldn’t turn on. So I reread the directions and it says long press after charging. So I pulled I got the old one and it works. So if there’s anyone out there that doesn’t read directions like me 🫣 hold the power button for a few seconds after it’s charged and it will come on 🙃
