I finally bought this chair and it’s perfect for the house! I love its sleek design and black/gold finish because it really adds a touch of luxury to the space. The airbags and adjustable air pressure settings are great as well for light or intense massages. I love how it heats up to really relax my muscles. The zero-gravity mode, foot rollers, and Bluetooth speakers all function very smoothly and allow me to relax perfectly after work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for both comfort and style in a massage chair!

I researched massage chairs for about a week before I decided on this model. This was the best purchase I have made in a very long time. I used this massage chair 4 to 5 times a week. It massages nice and hard. It really gets those knots. It also has a pause spot button where if you have an area that you really want to get massaged, you can pause it right there. All the programs are amazing. I fall asleep in this thing all the time. It has zero gravity as well as heat. Best money I have spent.

Go to a bigger massage chair if you’re 6’2 or over with a long torso. It’s manageable but it feels a little cramped.

I’ve been using this massage chair for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. Setup was straightforward and the chair feels very well built. The massage programs are surprisingly effective, especially for my lower back and shoulders after a long day. I also want to give a shout-out to the delivery/installation technician. He brought the chair in, went above and beyond by helping install the extra parts that came with it, made sure everything was set up properly, and explained how to use the features before leaving. That extra care really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really like that you can adjust the intensity and focus on specific areas instead of just one generic massage. The heat function is a nice bonus and adds a lot more comfort. It’s quiet, smooth, and easy to use. Overall, it’s been a great purchase and something I actually look forward to using daily. Definitely worth the investment.

We purchased the MassaMax massage chair over a month ago now and it’s “life changing”! Our entire family, including teenagers, use the chair multiple times a week. We love using it after a long work day and the kids love it to relieve sore muscles from playing sports. This chair is very sturdy, high-quality, and extremely comfortable. It has so many programmed massage treatments that last 20 min each and many times it makes you fall asleep during the massage. Some of my favorite features are the Zero gravity recline, the feet rollers, the heating function and the Bluetooth speakers. I would also like to note that my husband and I were able to assemble it very easily ourselves. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and recommend this massage chair.

When we first received this massage chair in February 11, we were really happy with it. It looks great and the initial massages were enjoyable. Unfortunately, after just two months 1/2, we've started experiencing problems. There's an odd sound during operation, and some of the rollers now seem to be hitting much harder than they should, making the massage painful at times. I contacted Amazon hoping to get some guidance on how to address this issue, as it seems unreasonable for a product like this to fail so soon. However, I was told that because the return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. So I told them I am not returning it I just need help about getting the issue checked, repaired or provide a contact number of the manufacturer to address the issue. The customer service of amazon RC given lack of support and provided no option only stating that grace period was already passed and there's nothing that she can do. I asked she can help to provide a contact number so then I can deal it with myself and while I am still talking she told me that she will hang up the phone which she did..."This is my first time leaving a negative review, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Honestly If I felt like my concerns were being taken seriously, explained with a bit more understanding, or provide a little compassion wouldn't feel compelled to leave a negative review...
