Q: Why isnt the nutritional info shown?!

The company sent me only half my order on multiple occasions and the wrong flavour. The fact that the nutritional info isnton there is no surprise

Q: how well does this mix in an ordinary shaker? i know some are clumpy and chalky tasting, thank you

Hi I would recommend blend for 7 seconds if that. If you have a good shaker and give it a good shake it will be just as smooth great mix chocolate for me taste wonderful

Finished it a long time ago so don’t have the package. But i checked the photos and googled the BCAA’s and based on this, the product doesn’t have any of the 9 essential amino acids aka BCAA. So it’s a No and you’ll have to buy it separately.

Q: Must I work out to use this?

I won't buy this again as found the taste not to my liking at all as for working out I would as I belive this will help you gain weight but mostly on the stomach if you don't work out
