Q: Can this be connected directly to a B450 prime motherboard to be used with asus aura sync?

I watched a video about the aura sync and I don’t think it would work with these LEDs. The sync doesn’t appear t have the capacity to set the colour of each led individually, which is the main advantage of WS2812b LEDs like these. They would be more complex to use, in that you’d have to learn how to use the maths to generate the effects (ie using a sine wave for a “breathing” effect) but the effects you could generate would be far more dramatic and varied.

Q: Hi, what is the default colour of this strip? I.E. once it get's 5v power but no data, what would happen?

Nothing happens until they get power, they stay off. I notice sometimes it might blink the strip briefly, sometimes the first led will light white. I think that is to do with the code being used more than anything.

Q: Can you use them with rgb fusion?

I assume you are talking about Gigabytes RGB Fusion. It looks like it will. This would be either 5v or 12v LED Strip and Gigabyte's RGB Fusion supports both.

You'd need to find the correct WS2812B data sheet and work from there.
