Bought for the wife as she has problems with her hands. She likes it says it keeps her fingers working

It’s early days and I won’t be able to properly review until I’ve seen or felt results. However the item itself is good quality and quite firm, I find the finger holes a bit tight but can use. It feels like it will be worthwhile if I use regularly.

Hard to squeeze with my arthritic fingers but doing just what I can to strengthen them

Good however have to put handkerchief under the bottom section as the ridges stick into my fragile hand, apart from that it works very well to strengthen my fingers

Bought this as I have arthritis in my fingers but it is very hard to squeeze with painful fingers

I,ve bought 2 of these as I find their inexpensive and ideal for improving my hand grip strength while doing other exercises ie squats etc.

It's OK,, but,, the tiny knobs make your palm very sore very quickly,, I've cut them off with a sharp knife, and it's much better now,, ps, I've been a manual worker for over 50 years, so my hands are pretty tough, but this thing made them red and sore in minutes,,
