It doesn't work. No way way to install batteries, but when I finally did, it wouldn't even turn on. No instructions.

What the?????????
Once I figured out how to open this tool to put in the batteries (no instructions included) I put in my first piece of paper and pressed the button. And I scared the daylights out of myself! This thing spins so fast it ruined the paper. There is only one speed: Whipped cream. When I have nothing else to do but waste paper, I'll practice, but I don't see beautiful paper flowers in my future with this tool.
