Love to eat these things by themselves, so they're probably not as healthy as just biting into a red/yellow/orange pepper, but in particular uses these are much more appealing. Sure, I could go to a store and get them for much less money, but I don't do stores anymore. Not playing the game with the shoppers who don't know or care about where their cart is and are no doubt driving me nuts on the road, as well. Shopping carts abandoned in the parking lot blowing into my truck on a windy day. Nah, worth the extra cost.
