The foam core is firm and durable. It is the perfect length for a good back stretch.

Very firm
I got it for rehab use but the therapist told me it was too firm to use on my spine. I do use it for toe lifts and other leg exercises and balance. Found a great use for it…..just not for the reason I purchased it

I have 3 of these! Highly recommend
These work so well I purchased 2 more. They are quality made and I like them better than any of the other half rounds I’ve tried. They are the perfect thickness and firmness. They can be used either way flat side up or down. I use them to stretch my calves and feet to help with plantar fasciitis. I also put one on an office chair to help with proper posture and back positioning. It’s also a great size for portability and I’ve taken it on trips. Highly recommend this brand and this half round.

Bought it for my son's bad back. He said it feels good and he's used it but I'm not sure how much. It was as described and performed as they said it would.
