This item was received early on the date indicated by Amazon. The product arrived safely in a thick plastic package, nothing special, but protected from moisture and presentable - inside the Amazon package . The package is also labelled with local and scientific names of the produce, place of origin, packaging address, durability date (which to me are very important), also storage instructions. The berries are bone dry and reasonable clean. There are some bits in the package, so will require thorough cleaning prior to use. This is my first purchase of berries online, so I don't have a sample comparison. However, I do know good quality, and await to see if after the necessary preparation of these berries, and making my brews, etc, if the quality is as expected. I've rated this product based on package, delivery and appearance only. The higher score will reflect the actual quality of the product. At present I would recommend this product based on first impression. Ohh, if you are an Amazon Prime Member (APM) do pay attention at the check out, as I was initially charged for postage. However, as a APM this was quickly remedied. Watch this space - I Will Be Back with my final update :))
