Small foot print, and sturdy.
These were delivered quickly and easy to assemble. They have a small footprint but are reasonably sturdy and versatile. Work well with my stand alone exercise bench for bench press or remove the bench to easy access barbell squats.

CAP Rack
Better than expected. Build quality is exceptional compared to the low price. I wasnt expecting a high end rack, but pleasantly surprised. I've had 300lbs on for benching and it held up. The safety bars don't go as low as I would like and needed to not use the provided locks and let rack go as low as it could, resting on the dip bars, but they still serve their purpose well enough, that I feel safe if I needed to abort the lift because I couldn't get it up enough to rack.

So impressed.......
Looked around for some time looking for an affordable rack. I was honestly a little anxious about this one since the price was low. I love it. Relatively easy to put together and it looks fantastic I think. Seems plenty sturdy and strong. I love the weight holders on the sides and the deeper spot bars on the front. Completely adjustable. Only thing I added are some rubber pads on the areas where the barbell rests. Love it.

Great Value
This is a great option for lower cost customers. It works for its purpose, but is a bit unstable at times. More weight on the storage pegs fixes this problem. Overall, I would recommend it and but it again. It works

Would be great… but
It seems to be very high quality & strongly built… but with no hardware kit included it’s difficult to know.Updated: after waiting 3 weeks for a mounting kit from the manufacturer, this is how I received it. Rather than simply sending a packaged & labeled mounting kit they send all the pieces loose…. I I’ll have no way to know if everything is here until I’m done assembling a weight rack that is supposed to support 200+ lbs…. What a joke!

"Buy it nice or buy it twice."
All things considered, for the price it's not absolutely terrible, but it's also far from what I needed. I believe it's rated for up to 300lbs, and I would absolutely not trust this with that kind of weight. For reference, I'm 6'1" 185 with pretty average shoulder width for my height. I was intending on using this for front squats and back squats in my garage gym.Cons:Width - Pay attention to the max width of the "J" holders. Both in front and back squat positions, I found that even at max width, I was very nervously setting the bar into the holders when racking the bar because of how close my hands were, getting pinched in that situation would be no fun at all.J-Cups - The red paint on the metal started wearing off onto my barbell immediately. Getting that in the knurling on any sort of bar you intend to use often is a huge negative. The synergee barbells w/ nicer knurling chewed into the paint very quickly so I stopped using immediately, the cheaper barbell from CAP w/ the smoother (and less than ideal) knurling seems to not bite in on the paint as much.Wobble - It just never seemed to sit flat, I might have rushed the assembly and maybe slightly over/under tightened some of the hardware, but even after tinkering w/ the adjustments I was never happy w/ it's complete sturdiness. That said I never had any doubts I would knock it over or it would fall apart, more annoying and cheap feeling than anything. With those 3 cons I knew I had to look elsewhere and ended up with Rogue's indy stands. They're the industry standard for the reason and I think I paid more in shipping for those than what this entire purchase was. "Buy it nice or buy it twice".Now I have this "squat rack" that I don't feel like disassembling and returning, so I'll use it for light bench pressing indoors. I found the spotter arms to be halfway decent and as long as you're not loading this up to beefcake status I feel safe getting under it for light to moderate sets since the grip is a little more narrow w/ a bench press.A few small "Pro's":- Lightweight & easy to maneuver tight spaces- Small footprint w/ the adjustable base
