Possible one of the best out there
Had them fitted at my local tyre depot £36 Thought that was good value because trying to fit them at home I don’t think would be a good idea They seem sturdy and well made and in a different league to ones that just stick on They certainly cost a good deal more but in my opinion well worth it

DAMAGED CAR - AVOID!!!
After a few weeks of use the strips come off. Half fell off and one unravelled whilst driving and was slapping side of the car and hard to emergency stop on motorway. The hard plastic spikes that are meant to grip to the tyre to secure it scraped and scratched side of the car causing £1000+ damage. Do NOT buy this product cheaper to scuff your alloys.

Takes a little getting used to doing the first wheel. I was concerned having fitted the rim, there would be an air leak between the tyre and the rim itself, and there was a leak where the two rim ends meet. I pulled out both ends and applied a compound gasket seal using a tube of it in a gun such as you would use to apply mastic around a bath. That took care of the leak. The glue supplied cured very quickly and stopped me gluing the two ends, so, I didn't use it but only to affix the covering cap to conceal the joint. On the second tyre, I first applied the gasket seal in the gap between the rim and the tyre all around the circumference. It acts as a lubricant, so I never used soapy liquid. This worked well. I did not use the glue but only for the capping. No leaks. Looks a treat !! Best rims yet. I've tried the others. They come off or they expand and come away. I like Alloygaitors as there's little chance they will detach as they are sunk inside the alloy rim. The second tyre took me around 30 mins. I took it off the car and placed it on a work bench - much better to work with.

The return/refund procedure was very simple and without any problems
A good product, but the fitting wasn't as easy as I had thought. I was grateful that the return procedure was made very easy and without any problems. If I still have trouble parking my new car I will certainly order again and have them fitted by my mechanic.

Different lengths for different size wheels
They fit well, and look good on your car.

Protects the wheels very well
They state u can fit these yourself, not convinced. I bought a set and had them put on my alloys, my local loyal tyre fitters had problems But got them on ok, did a good job till I mangled the rear passenger side one on a high kerb. If I had not had this on there would have been a very expensive repair to the alloy as they are split rims. Bought this one same as the others and had a lot of trouble finding a garage who was prepared to fit it. When I did I watched it being fitted. Took 40 minuets and the guy obviously knew what he was doing. There’s quite a bit to it and it can pop out when you fill the tyre with air. Saying all that would I but this product again. Defo yes saved me a fortune in repairs.

Do not go up and down kerbs with this product as it pinches tyre on way down and cuts sidewall of tyre also they come out of rim, things to be wary of. They do look good on wheels, would consider buying again tho’ trial and error has been expensive. New tyres on front at a cost of £165 each.

Pour insérer les AlloyGator sans problème, mettre un peu de WD40 sur le pourtour de la jante et le pneu et ensuite insérer les AlloyGator avec une massette en plastic caoutchouteuse ! Super résultat ! Bonne qualité.

I have this product on two of my automobiles and just replaced tires on one, It is difficult, if not impossible to reuse them again, so I purchased another set and will install them myself.

Parfait pour les jantes Tesla model 3 2020. Pour l'installation : Lever la voiture avec un cric costeau. n'utilisez surtout pas celui fourni avec la voiture. Si vous utilisez celui de la voiture mettez des grosses cales en bois pour soutenir la voiture ou des chandelles. Dégonfler entièrement la roue, mettre un lubrifiant entre la roue et la jante. Moi, j'ai mis du liquide vaisselle pure. Attention a la valve 🤣 et a la carrosserie. Au début, tapez doucement pour mettre la protection ensuite dès que vous avez fini de faire le tour de la roue, remettez du lubrifiant et tapez plus fort pour bien insérer la protection et coupez le surplus. Sinon enlever la roue pour le faire au sol. Mais j'ai préféré le faire avec la roue en place pour que je puisse tourner la roue au fur et a mesure que je mets la protection. Surtout ne pas couper avant d'avoir fait le tour complet de la roue. Lors d'un changement de pneus, on peut le réutiliser il faut juste prévenir l'installateur de la présence de la protection. La procédure pour le garagiste est dans la notice d'installation. Je la garde dans la boîte à gants.
