Superb machine
I work in medicine so have seen many MANY tens machines. This is exceptional in various ways. It is easy to operate, choice of therapy option is clear and to be honest you do not need loads but there are plenty with this machine. The pads are super sticky and when not in use replacing the cover is easy and keeps them good as new. The remote works brilliantly and there are no problems so long as you follow the instruction to turn the remote on after the appliance has been switched on and applied to the body area.It is significantly better than any TENS with leads and well worth the small amount paid. It also comes with a great storage container that is sturdy and easily portable.

Small but powerful
A compact unit. Super easy to set up and use. Lots of different settings. Adhesive pads work well. Been using this every evening for 2x 15mins sessions. Medically, it has helped my rotator cup injury (temporarily) so just waiting to see how it helps in the long run.Couldn't charge it via a powerbank which is a shame.Simple remote control. Just need to remember your favourite setting.Comes with extra battery for the remote unit.

Pocket sized pain relief
Brilliant little tens machine, and with the freedom of no wires to have to deal with you can wear this comfortably under your clothes. Several different massage settings and easy to charge with a usb cord. You get a spare gel patch and a handy plastic container included too. I never leave home without it and fits neatly in my handbag.

Good in some ways but not ideal in others
So its can be simple to use, and it does produce a benefial effect like most TENS machines. The link from remote to the host unit (which produces the electrical energy) is wireless. The link from the host to the electrodes is not. The host unit plugs directly into the electrodes. That means the host unit has to be placed right up close to the electrodes. Depending on where you put this on your body use may be easy - or rather difficult. Putting it on your spine means reaching the on/off button on the host is very difficult - not a problem if you have someone to help you. Otherwise you have to pull the host and electrodes off your back, turn it on and then reposition it.The other problem this presents is that the electrodes an only be a fixed distance apart, which is not necessarily what you want. The stickiness of the electrodes is fine for the first couple of days, and then it starts to degrade. And the strength of the TENS effect decreases accordingly. Its just as well its easy to use because the english in the manual is poor. e.g. "Warnings (6) Disturbance of consciousness or disabled children."

No leads
What I liked the best is that it hasn't got no leads hanging down. I use the tens machine on my lower spine so trying to pull up your knickers and trousers used to be a nightmare and the sticky pads used to get stuck to my knickers but now going cordless is amazing. Brilliant little machine. The only downside to this machine it only last 30 minutes then you have to reset it which you wouldn't be able to do if your driving unless someone was with you to do it, 60 minutes would be a better option 😉This machine is not noisy as all and weightless come with a plastic box to put your tens machine in. Regarding pain yes just like any other tens machine when it's on its a relief but take it off the pain is back but we'll worth it. I have brought another one for my daughter as she has 2 small children and she doesn't need leads hanging down which could lead to a safety issue, she suffers from sciatica so hopefully this will help her

Really effective little price of kit I’ve been using for relief for numbness and pain in my leg due to a slipped disc and nerve compression. It’s given me some pain relief and brought back some feeling in my leg and foot so far. It’s small enough to pop on while you’re on the move if you want to and the battery lasts me for around 4/5 15 min sessions is charged fully. The case is really handy to keep everything together, it’s easy to charge with the usb and there is a spare battery for the remote. The settings are easy to change and control to whatever suits and the pads are easy to apply and take off. The stickiness of the pads are pretty good just avoid areas where you have applied moisturiser. I would recommend this for anyone with any pain relief needs and will be ordering another for myself and one for my daughter who experiences terrible period pains. I used a wired tens machine back in the 90’s when I was pregnant and they were good but the wires are cumbersome this wireless design is fantastic and at under 25 pounds well worth buying
