This is clean cut maize which is suitable for all kinds of Poultry including Ducks, Geese and Game Birds to supplement their compound diet of pellets or mash. It is very palatable and a rich source of digestible energy and provides a natural yolk pigment. Scattered on the ground it will help to satisfy the birds natural instinct to scratch and forage. Clean fresh water should always be available.

Even wild birds don't eat it...
My bantams won't touch this - they'll neck their layer's pellets before this and even the local pigeons aren't bothered. Looked at closely, I can see there are bits of mould in the bag which probably explains it. Printed off a return form before realising it will cost more than it's worth to send it back at my own expense. Best part of 20 quid wasted. I suggest you give this product a wide berth!

good food
i use this as a base for my bird food because i make up my own which does not grow when it is dropped on the ground unlike when i order no-grow bird food i find that it is not no-grow but ends up growing where it drops so i have lost faith with bird food supply firms.

Gourmet Pigeon Food
My friend gets me to buy this cut maize for him online @ Amazon so he can feed his tribe of London pigeons. Obviously bird word got around and he now has a small feathered army turn up at dinner time for a generous portion of Croston goodness. The pigeons are currently eating about 20KG a week so I'm making alot of repeat orders from this corn mill. Every order so far has been dispatched almost immediately and arrives promptly with a couple of text updates keeping you updated. It's a very slick operation and gives a good customer experience. No idea what other birds think of this but it looks like good stuff, almost too good to feed to pigeons but they enjoy it as does my friend so what the heck :)

Good quality,clean product.
The corn arrived very shortly after I ordered it and it was well packaged.I use the corn to supplement my mixed flock feeding regime.The corn is nice and clean and of excellent quality.I mix it in with the layers pellets and a complete poultry mix.I further supplement with fresh fruit and veggies.The hens and Roos range freely throughout the day.

Clean cot maize...bit pricey but got when I needed it . Lovely delivery person carried it up my 200m drive .Recently bought a cheaper product.....not so good,lots of flour and bit the hens refused to eat, so not really a good buy.Re-ordered from Croston as better quality. Would recommend.
