Davert's Wife speaking: These are perfect for my needs. I ordered a second batch to give away to other Long-haired galz. It's a real handy item to have. I sometimes wear two bracelets at a time with different types of hair elastics. If you were one of the people who used to just let it rest around your wrist, you may want to look into these. How many of you ever shampoo your hair elastics that are wrapped with some kind of fabric? Probably not, right? Well, if you keep those things on your wrist often or even forget you have one on your wrist and sleep with on, you can get a nasty staph infection or worse since those elastics are tight and can dig into your skin. With this bracelet those potential issues are SOLVED. The other issue is that it just LOOKS better. I sometimes coordinate the color of my hair elastic with what I am wearing so the bracelet looks like a deliberate fashion accessory and not merely a health convenience. One thing to keep in mind - it takes a little bit of practice to wrap the pony tail elastic around the bracelet. The bracelet can be tightened to your wrist with a squeeze or even opened wider with a pull. I find that it is much EASIER to put the hair elastic on the bracelet once the bracelet is already ON your wrist. Try this brand. It has a nice groove in it to help keep the elastic in place and since it is stainless steel, you can even wear them in the shower or while swimming without fear of tarnishing them. Just remember, practice stretching the bands around the bracelet until you get the hang of it. Don't wait to use it the first time as you are running out the door!

The bangle itself is a little bigger than my wrist, so I had to pinch it to ensure it would not fall off without the ponytail. That being said, I love this product. I hate the tacky, white-trash look of a ponytail holder on the arm or wrist. This product fantastically resolves this issue. Without the ponytail it looks like a nice classy bangle. Being stainless steel, it is light on the wrist. It looks like it is real metal as I have not had any irritation or discoloration. Selling as a 3 pair is nice for the price and the ponytail holders are of a decent quality too.

I've been fascinated by these, so I bought a set and gave them to my nieces for Christmas and they LOVED them! One has a larger bone structure so didn't think it fit, but they can be expanded so they work for her also. One niece didn't even realize it was a hair tie, she thought it was just a really cool bracelet. Great accessory that doesn't look like a hair tie, but you get the convenience of having it there.

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend. He hated that the hairbands would cut the circulation off on his wrist at night if he forgot to take it off or that he’d leave it on top of the shower. The bracelet makes it much easier to wear. Very comfortable, it’s adjustable for the wrist, and stylish for every day use.

Falls from my writ when I am using the tie

The product was a sturdy, quality made item. However, if you don't have the hair tie on it, it will slip off your wrist. And sometimes the hair tie slips off and then the bracelet slips off too. So you have to put it in your purse or pocket so you don't lose it, which at that point, its like what is the purpose? Why wear a hair tie on a bracelet if you ant ever take the hair tie off and use it? It is not much different than having a hair tie on your wrist. At least you know the hairtie won't just fall off.

The bracelet came inside of a velvet pouch, which was a nice and unexpected touch. It also came with 3 hair ties (the rounded ones, which I typically don't use, but they do have a really nice stretch to them). I took a photo of the bracelet on my wrist with a flat hair tie and another photo showing the bracelet with a rounded hair tie that came with it.
