I was not sure whether to buy this or not as so many mixed reviews. So glad I did, it works wonderfully, so easy to use.Only CON the rough grater was not included so had to buy this extra, which is perfect for carrots, now I dont have to grate my fingers anymore. Next I will buy the thick slice blade.This model is 200w so possible works better than the older models, which were 100w/150wDont hesitate to purchase it is invaluable!!I have a Food Processer which is great but a lot to wash up just to grate a small amount - so this is just PERFECT!!!

I was a bit disappointed. The grated carrots are a bit large to my taste. A small piece of the transparent part broke off (didn't bother the machine to work though). I'm always careful, but this machine could be extremely dangerous. There is nothing that keeps the machine from working even if your fingers are right where the cutting device is. Several times, I almost started the device, when installing the grating tools, The start button is humongous and very badly placed: Right on top of the machine, where I tend to hold the machine when I install the grating tools - never plug it while changing the grater tool.Unless you have a wide and in particular high bowl, a good part of your food ends up on the table instead of in the bowl. And you can't really place a too big one either , as the space below the machine is not large enough. Nice idea, but extremely bad design: A bit disappointing from this brand which usually makes better products.

very pleased with the product but i think it needs a better guard over the nozzle when using it as the food flies all over the place .ugh!!!

Useless, stack after 2 carrots or black radish, parsnips. I need open and clean,but it is hard because parts uncuted product stack inside.Don't buy only used 3 times and 3 times stacked.Tefal I had 5 years ago was better, cutted faster.
