Very nice bikes for the money!
My partner and I bought 2 of these bikes to see if we were going to even like the ebike thing. I researched for days. Didn't want to spend a bunch of money on bikes and find out we weren't really into it. I even looked into converting a couple bikes to electric from standard pedal. We bought 2 pretty cheap bikes to start, but once I started researching and then stumbled onto the SMLRO platform it really didn't make any sense to try and convert them. These SMLRO bikes are all aluminum framed, full suspension, dual 1000w motor, hydraulic brakes, with decent components already. We couldn't convert to a single wheel drive let alone have suspension and 2 wheel drive for the price point these come in at. I'm in the Pacific Northwest US and the shipping was quick. Boxes were sturdy and well built. Everything was well packed and covered to protect it in transit. I was able to assemble both bikes in my living room with the tools that came with them. After assembly I went over the rest of the bolts that had been pre assembled. I was surprised to find not a single one even loose. Everything was well assembled and tight from the factory. The first one took maybe an hour. But I was testing the motors on the second in about half and hour. Assembly was a breeze. I am use to riding offroad on atvs and dirtbikes. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of power these things have. In gravel with my 220# on it, it wants to spin the front wheel when turned all the way up and using throttle only. That's impressive for what these are. Doing a road test I was able to hit 32.5mph right out of the box with the settings in the manual. That's pretty zippy. I've put about 20 miles on so far. They have no problem with any terrain or hill I've pointed them at so far. I even went up a short 6 stair flight in a park the other day. The front wheel drive is a beast! Fit and finish is really good. Way better than I had expected for this price point. I was actually buying with the intention of probably leveling up in the future. But I think these bikes are actually good enough that I'm not going to have to. If anything breaks parts are all readily available and upgradeable. I was concerned the brakes might not be enough. But after a few burn in trips on the pads they actually work really well. I probably won't change anything on these unless something wears out. But right now they seem to be pretty high quality. And they are a pretty good looking bike too. We got the all black ones. We've gotten nothing but compliments on them. Even from the younger crowd that usually wants to make the jokes. I'd definitely buy again and have been recommending these bikes to anyone that's been looking. This store has been very responsive and helpful to buy from. I'd definitely buy from them again if I find myself in the market. And have been sharing the link to friends who have been inquiring where to get one for themselves.

Customer Service is 5 Stars Alone!
So this is my first E-Bike, and after doing a ton of research I landed on this one as far as best bang for your buck. It comes with all of the accessories that other bikes did not include like, fenders - lights - phone holder w/built in charger - Heavy Duty luggage rack - Dual Suspension ( Big Difference vs hard tail ) and last but not least a huge battery and AWD! So I live on the beach and need to go over a bridge every day for work, and having the AWD helps tremendously with climbing the incline of the bridge. I pass all of the other e-bikes with ease everyday as they struggle to climb up the steep incline. I use this as a daily vehicle for work and I absolutely LOVE it! So for the only downside I can see is that the Dual motors do add allot of weight to the bike ( I don't mind it ) but it is something to take into consideration, as your front tire will be heavier to turn with the added weight. Battery life on this thing is amazing also I can go to and from work about 20 miles a day and on pedal assist 3 ( 20 mph ) the battery is still full when I get home. I only engage the AWD mode when I need to climb an incline like a bridge of if its supper windy out. Using the AWD mode will drain the battery much faster since you using 2000 watts of power. If I was to use throttle only and max power AWD mode I can go about 25 miles on a full charge, but it's really a waste of power because you can go the same speed on only 1 motor as long as your not going on any steep inclines ( the AWD mode is really only for climbing so it gives you that torque ). So after using it everyday for almost 2 months rain or shine, I ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT!!! Now the Best part is the Customer service!!! I had an issue I couldn't figure out how to get the lights working ( my fault ) but I got a response immediately! Also I had a couple of screws that were stripped out on the luggage rack, they sent me replacements right away to fix it. And the most recent problem is that I had a pinched wire in the battery pack from assembly at the manufacturing plant, and it was causing power to cut on and off when going over bumps. They are sending me a new battery as soon as I told him. So my take on this bike is, not only is it a great value as it comes with ALL accessories already installed on it ( and a power house of a bike), but if you have ANY issues they take care of it ASAP!!! Just remember it is a heavier bike due to the dual motors and its a pretty high bike I'm 5'7 and the cross bar just clears under me when I'm standing over it.

This bike is amazing..
This is my second E-bike my first one was a Vivi foldable 26" 360w 20mph rear hub powered bike and after a few years I felt it was time to finally upgrade. I browsed through Amazon for hours trying to find a bike with everything I wanted for a great price and I eventually found it when I saw this one. It has all the bells and whistles, dual motors, dual suspension, head light, brake light, and even a phone holder with a built in charger. The battery is easy to attach and remove for charging and locks in place using the provided key. The torque is second to none and the bike easily keeps up with most traffic in residential areas, just be sure not to go over the speed limit. I've ridden over 200 miles in the last couple weeks and can't think of any negative aspects to mention at all! I have added a ton of accessories to it as well including a rear view camera and windshield to counter wind resistance so I can ride without being too affected by heavy winds while riding at top speed. The tires can handle mud, sand, and loose gravel without any issues, they also stick to the road incredibly well, accelerating quickly to max speed. The horn is loud enough to draw attention when needed and the control interface is easy to use and understand. This is the best purchase I have ever made and would happily do so again without hesitation. Highly recommended and a 5 star product across the board! I'll add more pictures over time and will update you here should anything especially notable happen throughout my time using it. I hope this review helps and thank you for taking the time to read it. ☺️
