Thought I was buying a high dose of Magnesium and Zinc but when product came it was much lower than what was advertised in the description and photos. I was disappointed as I had opened the bottle before checking. The pills are large and on for the week I was taking them, I felt a large lump in my throat constantly. I stopped for a few days and lump disappeared so the pills were definitely causing this.

Misleading!! Despite what is in the description this is not a one a day dosage it is in fact three tablets per dose, even at that it bears no resemblance to what is on the bottle! 90 tablets = 30days and at far lower potency than the 270 one a day available on the same item. This isn't made clear in the description and far better products are available.Bottle I received looked as if it had been sitting in the back of a warehouse for a long time, The label was battered not impressed. Have ordered my protein products direct and the larger quantity is a good point I stayed away from this one though or keep searching.
