I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this but I found it to be very sturdy, thoughtful design and easy to assemble and use. It works great in my home with 10' ceilings and makes it easy to reach bulbs and areas higher up. Even my partner who's barely 5' tall and can easily use this to reach high items and areas of the ceiling. It feels safe, I like the hand rails and the tray has some great features. Overall love this ladder and have replaced several smaller stools with this product.

This little gem is perfect for around the house. It is just the right height, width and weight.

This is a great ladder. I really don't need the 3rd step. I am only about 8 inches from the ceiling on the 2nd step and my reach is perfect. I couldn't go any higher if I wanted to unless I use it outside I guess. It's slip resistant and light weight easy for me to handle. It's small enough to fit behind a door. It's already assembled so that's great and it's built very well. I can't find anything negative to say about it, I don't know how I went without it for so long I was tired of getting up on a chair and that's not a good idea for me. I just got it a week ago and have had it out about 4 times already.

I recently purchased the HB Tower three-step ladder to complement my Gorilla brand stools, and I must say, I'm impressed with its quality. Unlike the Gorilla stool, the HB Tower came fully assembled and ready to use. It's not only well-constructed and able to support my 200-pound weight with ease, but it also boasts a wider design, providing extra stability.One noticeable advantage of the HB Tower over the Gorilla stool is its lightweight nature, attributed to its thinner metal gauge. While this makes it slightly less robust, I still find it to be a reliable choice. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect rating is my slight concern about its weight capacity compared to the Gorilla stool. Overall, I highly recommend the HB Tower for its sturdy build and attractive design.

Great step ladder. Well built, sturdy, feels very stable and safe. Great for everyday use in and out of the house. A little heavy but seems to be reflection of good quality build, not random excess weight.

I bought this step ladder for inside the house to change ceiling light bulbs, cleaning fans, and to help the wife finally be able to reach things on the upper shelves BY HERSELF lol.It is a tad heavy and I will probably hear from her about that part, but I love it.It folds really flat nicely so it will fit perfectly in a closet.I weigh about 275 pounds and the ladder just looked at me and laughed and said NO problem son. Not sure what the max weight is for it though.It has rubber pads so there is NO slipping and no marks on my hardwood floors. It locks into place when opened and you have to unlock it to fold it up but it doesn’t take much strength to disengage the locking mechanism.
