We needed a new TV for viewing while on our treadmill. We didn't know what to expect, but we are NOT disappointed. Easy to use, crisp, clear picture and good value.

I know nothing about TVs every time I buy a new TV. I have trouble getting it running you simply plug this one in do the channels and it’s done DVD player works great also

I needed a tv for my mom's rehab room while she recovered from a broken hip. She didn't want it and said she would never watch, so didn't want to spend much. She watched it a lot.Picture and sound are good enough. The number keys don't change channels, only up and down buttons. Not ideal, but good enough for 6 weeks. Didn't return.I was surprised when mom wanted the tv in her room. Pairing the TV remote to the cable box was a nightmare (Maybe not the tv's fault) I wanted to enter the pairing code manually but can't get it form Impecca or Verizon. I have a partial connection now, using tv remote for power and volume and cable remote for channels. Not willing to start over and loose what I have. I wanted to add a Roku stick, but only one HDMI port, so that doesn't work.This is all too complex for my my mom to do herself.Past the return window.

Like the light weight of it, the picture is nice and clear. Just the right size for a bedroom, doesn't take up much room.

There was a pixel line in the the screen I sent it back... still waiting for my refund.

Sound quality was not good. Ended up buying sound bar and optical cable.

With the help of the cable company I was able to watch tv. The only downside was that I have to use both the tv remote to turn on and off the tv but then the cable box remote to change channels bc there is no code for this tv to program to the cable remote.
