Excellent picture
Upgraded from an ancient Sony bravia so a radically different proposition here. As titled this is a really impressive picture quality, especially noticeable when viewing say YouTube or Amazon prime. Clarity, colour, definition, I couldn't wish for more. Sound is perfectly ok once I messed around in settings for a while, everyone knows you really need a soundbar or equivalent to really bring out the best sonically but it's not an essential. It's not a huge issue but it seems the three HDMI ports seem to be standard and not ARC etc which in some cases might be a drawback. One real annoyance is the location of the optical port. I can't think of a worse place, low down at the rear and pointing up into a recess, hardly easily accessible and you might find your cable a really tight fit. That's going in and out. Care is needed. I chose to keep to my Freesat and Firestick for general viewing and Apps, the Firestick remote is easier to control than LGs though it depends what you're used to I guess. I find all modern remotes very crowded and all too easy to hit the wrong button, that's not an LG issue in particular. I also haven't as yet bothered with the LG channels or stayed long on their home page, maybe I'll have a closer look one day. By the way, it's not a whopping 67 kilos as one reviewer claimed. They missed the point, literally, it's 6.7 kilos so fortunately I didn't need to hire a forklift or get the floor reinforced. It's actually quite light which came as quite a relief. A great TV all in all, and for a very fair price. ( WiFi connection no problem either ). MY MISTAKE! I just realised HDMI 2 is in fact ARC which is very good news. It was so hard to remove the optical cable I ended up snapping off the retaining flap thereby rendering it unusable. Bad location, bad design. Fortunately the ARC port saved the day and is probably a superior option anyway

Great tv
For me LG tv sets are the best as it is so easy to install and use. You can set reminders of a programme you want to watch and it will turn over automatically at the correct time And it will turn itself on if in standby mode so you can watch the programme There is also Picture in Picture when searching the tv guide You can also record whole series of episodes or anything if a usb stick is inserted You can play X Box games on this with no box as tv has software installed the picture is brilliant and easy to setup with guided tours I had one a few years back but dropped it so foolishly decided to change to Phillips ambilight and regretted it so much especially as I got 2 and both broke Avoid and go LG. The magic remote has a curser Installed so nevigating is easy Just buy one and see but make sure it has a magic remote Good luck and enjoy

Tuning Live Wasnt Straightforward - But LG Channel is Great
I already have an LG 55 inch in the living room, love the colours etc. so decided to buy a smaller one for my son's bedroom. 43 inch for the wall was perfect. There isn't a coaxal aerial cable in his room so had purchased a portable one which I had tested on the TV in my bedroom (worked perfectly). Went through the set up process when starting up the tv. The voice is hilarious, sounds like someone who's had a gallon of coffee, talks so fast, I was laughing like an idiot. Got to the, what I thought was the tuning process, where it asked for my postcode. Expected it to then tune in the channels, it didn't. I thought must have already been in built. Connect to the internet etc, and "completed" the installation process. When I went to Live TV, just said "Not Programmed". Left it overnight and tried again next morning. Switched on and after a few minutes a message came up about tuning and it took me to the automatic tuning screen and I went through the process, channels were then installed. In Addition, I had never used the LG channel option on the tv downstairs, but when I selected it on this tv I was amazed at how many channels there were to select from! My son will have enough channels to view via the streaming LK option. There is always the gaming options as well. The picture quality is brilliant, sound is OK as well. Need to have a play with some of the different options, saying that, don't think my son will mind as long as he can get to Youtube and games. Kids!!! The remote is "testing" for want of a better word, going to have to have a few hours to suss it out; get the live tv Favourites set up etc. Its a newer version tv than the one i have downstairs so there are differences and not as straight forward i was hoping to mirror them. I am also going to have to take a look at the LG TV option on my lounge tv as well, i might have been missing out on loads. Attached a few photos, not the best, took them at 5.30 am so some had the bedroom light on and that is reflecting on the photos. All in all initially very pleased with the quality of the TV and very good value for the price of a "named" brand tv.

Excellent value OLED TV
I bought this TV after many hours of looking for the best value OLED on the market - this one was the best according to Rtings so I decided to purchase it and I'm very glad that I did! The picture quality is flawless with a few tweaks (eco modes are active by default) I love the remote and it's ability to function like a Wii controller by giving me a motion controlled mouse to control menus with - a great touch! WebOS has a great selection of video and game streaming apps with a user friendly venue design that's very easy to navigate. The feet are very sturdy being made of metal and the actual TV feels sleek as heck due to it being an OLED letting the panel be basically flat. When I first got it out of the box, I thought it's slimness would mean it was very fragile but after picking it up, I soon realised that it's very sturdy built extremely well!

This is not a Middle east Version and LG considered amazon as a grey market and they can’t give warranty service I couldn't download Netflix and the remote had channels that are not compatible nor heard of in UAE. Also, I don’t have choices for the country/location you are at to set the tv, it gives you few options like Russia, Ukraine, and two more. If you are in Middle east don’t buy it Also warranty service not covered from LG
